My wife and I went Friday 4/21/23 and got a sub and sub salad to take home. Once I got home and started eating the second bite I took, I felt something rock hard in my mouth when I bit down. I thought my crown fell out originally till I spit the food out and found a piece of glass that I bite down on. I instantly ripped the sub apart to make sure there was nothing else, but upon looking closer, the sub also had a peice of hair in it. I couldn't believe that happened I have been going there for years and have never had an issue with any of my food the manager that was there that day was very understanding and refunded me my money for our food but unfortunately I can't go back to that location any time soon

I have good luck with every Jersey Mike's I go to, so kudo's on that vibe! But this location is just so kind, happy, and on point whenever we go here. Great job to the team making this location feel welcoming & engaging with the customers in a way that illustrates you're actually happy to be there.

Ordered a sub with everything you got. Got it Mike's way. Ordered again... give it everything in front of you. Run it through the garden. Got it Mike's way. I was told unless you ask for it all by name you will get it Mike's way. How in all things holy sm I supposed to know what you have svailable? Am I to ask if you have the item?
