The customer service from the store manager and district manager was unacceptable. We ordered on the app for pick up, and were told "we don't have an app pick up order". When I showed them my receipt, they then said the app has been having problems today. Where has customer service gone?! Why couldn't they have said " we're SORRY", we've been having difficulty with our app today. Instead, I get rude attitude and "its not my problem" from the store manager. Her inability to resolve the situation caused her to call her district manager. The in store manager then tells me the district manager has a worse attitude than she herself has, and refuses to speak to customers. Customers here are treated like they don't matter, no apologies, nothing done or said to make it right. And I see why. Management skills here from District down to store are lacking greatly. The franchise owner of this location needs to take notice. Get better people. I don't matter? Then my Money doesn't matter. You'll never get another dollar...
Read moreI placed the order for two meals and extra sides, the guy on the speaker wouldn’t listen to what unwanted kept telling me specials, got to the window and paid $26, he told me he had to make the food and to pull around. I pulled around, saw a lady on her cell phone with her friend the way the conversation sounded, and waited approx 10 minutes for food. The same guy brought out my order, and told me he was the mgr and tell people to come to KFC, and gave me a free cole slaw for the wait, I knew to check it before leaving. I opened the 1 box and it only had a biscuit. I went in and showed the lady that came in from outside on the phone (the general mgr), what I received and just said give me a refund, they offered me my meal and money back, I didn’t want my meal or lack there of, just refund, after getting my refund, I walked outside and noticed the GM shorted me $5 on my refund. Read moreI ordered online and when I went to pickup the order the drive thru was closed but there were no signs saying so. I pulled up to the window but the people inside refuse to acknowledge me. I went inside and after a long wait I was able to give my pick up name for the order. The order was not ready. After a good amount of time I grabbed my order only to find I didn't receive my 40 nuggets. I let them know but they said they had no more togive and would have to make more. I checked the other half of my order to find my original 5 piece dark completely burnt. I was told I would have to contact online support for a refund and they dont do that in store for online. The chicken smells like really old oil. The past few time has been horrible but this visit was definitely my last. Good thing Popeyes is opening back...
