Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bridge City

Everytime I order I have an issue. Yesterday I ordered on the app and waited the appropriate amount of time to go pick up my order. I sent my son in to pick it up and once he got in the store there was only one person in the back making pizza. He didn’t acknowledge him or even go get someone to help. I sat there watching for ten minutes while four other customer came in behind my son. I had to call the store to get the manager out of whatever room she was in to come help. Once she came out to help she completely ignored my son and the people in. The store for another good five minutes. Then a third employee walked in and didn’t offer to help anyone either. Once she finally started helping customers she skipped over my son every single time until I had to go in myself and cancel my order. I will not be going back. This is my 3rd time ordering from this store and each time I try giving them the benefit of the doubt that it’s just a “one off” however it’s a pattern and management does not care to make the customer happy or address the issue. They will mark that the order has been delivered 45min. to an hour before it arrives. I called the store multiple times to check and see what was going on but no answer. They finally answered and left me on hold. I was still on hold by the time I made it to the store. She said she didn’t know but it would be delivered and did not care at all. I've stopped ordering delivery from here. Since well before the hurricane, I've had issues getting my orders delivered on time (I'll get a text saying it's out for delivery and it'll be nearly two hours later before I get my pizza). There have been times when the store never even delivered and I've had to call to get my money back because the store had closed! When deliveries do arrive, something is always wrong (from missing items to messed up items).
