Read moreI placed an app order on the 21st. The store did not have the items needed to fulfill my order. This would be fine, if a refund/cancellation was an option. The employees claimed to have no way to cancel or refund my order, not were they willing to agree to allow me to pick up the correct order at a later date. I have put two customer service requests in through the subway website, but have not heard back in over a week. I would love to settle this, as this is no different than theft.
