My fiancĂ© and I came through the drive thru around 8ish and ordered our food, he was ordering for me and ordered a Turkey club no cheese no veggies and light Mayo. The woman on the intercom repeated back no veggies light Mayo, so my fiancĂ© said âyou got that no cheese, right?â And she confirmed, âyeah no cheeseâ. I can not eat cheese, and was very disappointed when I opened my food to see cheese on it. The lady even confirmed she got it no cheese and it still had cheese on it! She also just didnât seem to have a good attitude overall and like she didnât want to be taking our order in the first place so Iâm not sure if sheâs just having a bad day or if sheâs always this distasteful and uncaring for customer satisfaction. I called about the club having cheese on it and a man answered the phone and sounded very professional and kind, he said to come back and theyâll remake it fresh for me. We came back and sat at the drive thru window for a minute seeing nobody so we parked and I just had my fiancĂ© go inside for me to go get it. They remade my club right and threw in a free pastry for the inconvenience, Arbys is the only place I actually enjoy eating around here so Iâm glad their management seems to be...
Read moreArby's in general is some top-tier fast food. They're more expensive than McDonald's but the coupons bring it into the zone of 'totally worth it'. This is across the board for all Arby's. You're in the door and eating before you know it. The girl at the drive through even started conversation with my while waiting. 2) The environment. It's always clean. And it has a nice open layout. I see a lot of fast food restaurants with a lot of walls and unnecessary obstructions. Oh yeah, and full disclosure, the guy at the counter hooked me up with a free shake the last time I...
Read moreDefinitely one of the better Arby's that I have been to. The food was fresh, and the staff was helpful.

I hope that other places see the folks at this Arby's that I dealt with during my visit here and see how you should be. (Hopefully the rest of the employees are as good as the ones who are there while I was there. I wish I had their name so I could give them...
