I was given half of my food and then I was pulled forward at the drive thru and forgotten. Went inside after 15 minutes, and thankfully I had my receipt because they didn't even know what I still needed or who I was...FORGOTTEN. The male worker at the front was super nice, very apologetic, and gave me two cookies and a 4 piece nugget to make it right. I went back to my car, checked my bag, and was still missing a large fry. So I had to go back inside for a 2nd time. Once again he was very apologetic. If it wasn't for his kindness, this place would get a ZERO STAR. Just glad I had my 7 year old in the car to make sure my sleeping 16mo old was watched while I had to keep going inside, otherwise I would've had to wait in the drive thru line all over again. Half of my food was cold from the wait. Note to self, I'm not pulling forward at this location ever again. What's going on with all these Mcd restaurants?! While other restaurants are back on track post covid, it seems like Mcd is just...
Read moreAte there late one night from a long day at work when I heard the horrendous sounds of a whale in distress. I look over and the snorting beast was angry because her son dropped her credit card into the charity box because she was stupid enough to let him pay in drive through. They cannot open the box because you know it's for charity so the boulder rolled inside with her kids so that the whole store could hear how upset she was as she explained to her husband over phone. I felt bad for the kids, seeing as they where slim and in pajamas I'm positive their mom got up for a late night slop season and used her kids to get her food Incase she inhales her money. But all sad story's end happy as the yipping 10 gallon face woman was met with a free meal by the manager for the inconvenience. I was so touched by this I bought 2 pumpkin cream pies. Whenever I go there now I get 2 pies to remind myself the day that their staff almost got attacked by a whale and calmed the beast with their...
Read moreVisited today on our way up north. There were some issues with the lobby and restrooms not being as clean as they should be. The trash bin near their outdoor dining was overfilled and there was a pile of cigarette butts nearby. The service was decent considering the median age of the staff looked to be 18. The food was fresh, however the tomatoes and lettuce on my chicken were applied pretty haphazardly. The standout for us was a young man named Antonio Alvarez ( if I got that spelling wrong Antonio, I apologize!). He was actively trying to correct issues and gently encouraging other staff to do so as well- even reminding some to watch their language in front tof guests. He was very professional and looked to take his job seriously. Being small business owners ourselves we really appreciated seeing him take initiative and pride in his work. Considering that he told us that he is a crew trainer I hope to expect more from our next visit. Great job...
