Horrible food to start with. First over cooked and then lukewarm at best and fries were greasy and also lukewarm. I was served inside and I at first was the only person in line. Tgere waa only 1 couple in the lobby. And tgey were not eating at the time. When leaving after aome time another couple came in at the counter. But was really not right I'm the only person being there and a girl came to the counter to clarify my order with the cashier and she well that's been done for awhile and brought it out. As usual anymore in these type of places to eat it's nothing but a social time for the employees. Very poorly ran by management or who ever and who I think was the manager couldn't even find the keys which to me is the keys to the whole store if not where the money is kept too. I used to work for a competitor and none of this would ever ever ever be allowed. Dave has got to be rolling in is grave. Maybe I should write daughter Wendy so SHE knows what goes on at this store? I have gone to a lot of Wendy's but do not expect that to ever happen again at this store. Even the couple after me had problems JUST trying to place their order. Not good at all to say the least and like I said Wendy and her management team at the corporate level should be aware of this and also the franchisee that may be involved with this store or any other stores they may be involved with. Corporate should be made aware at least so they know is NOT being done. Rest in peace Dave as Wendy should know about the way things are NOT being done to the standards you fought so hard to create and to be a major competitor to McDonald's. At this store it's now going to be welcome to McDonald's or any other store.

Arrived at restaurant approximately 10 minutes after placing order on app and informed worker that I was charged for the free item. She stated that that has nothing to do with them that is the app that is the payment method and briefly looked at my phone and at the free item promotion and then ask if I would pull forward behind the vehicle that was already pulled forward. She assured me quote "I got you" and reassured me that I would be credited for the amount I was charged in error. After waiting approximately five minutes, a gentleman brought me my food out handed it to me and walked right back in with no mention of the item I was incorrectly charged for, nor an apology for the wait. Needless to say the situation was not rectified and I was still charged. The only reason I went to Wendy's that morning was because they offered this free promotion. Versus having to go through the hoops of trying to get credited for a $5 breakfast sandwich, I just put it in my mental rolladex, but I will not be returning there for breakfast. Read more48 minutes. That's how long we spent in the drive thru. We placed a mobile order and had 3 young kids and frosties were already promised for those that can have them and we had a 4 hour drive ahead of us. Our orders were wrong. One of our children has a dairy allergy and we get her a hamburger with no cheese, there's cheese on every burger. They goodness we ordered nuggets and they didn't give me the spicy nuggets I ordered, so she got my regular ones. We finally got to the window and we were never even acknowledged. We watched the back of the person working the drive thru window for at least 10 minutes before the window opened and we were handed our food bags. After checking and finding the wrong items in the order, one of us went inside to try to correct it. With 7 people in line and no one working the counter, we just left and went to McDonald's to get the items we actually needed to have so we could drive another 4 hours after spending 1 hour in drive throughs.
