Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bridgeport

DONT GO HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DONT KNOW WHAT TIME OF DAY THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE GIVING GOOD REVIEWS ARE GOING. BUT I HAVE GONE TO THIS LOCATION MORE THAN 10 TIMES HOPING TO GET SOMEONE WITH A BETTER ATTITUDE, BUT EVERYTIME SAME THING. HORRIBLE ATTITUDES AND NO THANK YOUS NO YOUR WELCOMES NOTHING. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO TO THE BLACKROCK LOCATION. I WAS IN THE DRIVE THRU AND REQUESTED LIQUID SUGAR INSTEAD OF REGULAR SUGAR, AND WAS TOLD "I ALREADY MADE IT WITH REGULAR SUGAR, BUT WHATEVER".....LIKE I JUST PUT MY ORDER IN, HOW DID YOU ALREADY MAKE MY COFFEE ALREADY?!?! AND WHEN I WALL INTO THE STORE TO ASK FOR A MANAGER, ONE IF THEM SAYS THE MANAGER IS IN THE BACK AND SHE HAS A HEADSET ON TOO, INSINUATING THAT THE MANAGER WAS AWARE OF IT AND WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ANYWAY. THIS PLACE IS TRASH, AND THE GIRL WHO GIVES PEOPLE ATTITUDES LIKE THIS, ALONG WITH THE ARROGANT KID AT NIGHT NEED TO BE GONE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TRASH TRASH TRASH. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR HARD...

Ordering online is the worst here. They NEVER get things right. I get that it gets busy and if it takes longer I get that but they ALWAYS miss the order. I never get what I asked for. And I always have to go back to get the missing items or the right one. Some ppl who work here are really sweet and nice but the service overall is terrible.

The drive through sucks in a few ways… it’s inconvenient and too many cars pile up blocking the street… the recently updated the drive through for literally nothing. It helped in no way shape or form. And the orders are never done right. Always missing items or it’s the wrong thing.

Going inside isn’t as bad. It’s clean spacious and there’s outlets on the wall to charge ur devices or anything. But if you can’t go inside then be prepared. It’s gonna be slow you’re gonna have missing items and your items may be done wrong.

I've been taking days to leave a review here, but I always end up changing my mind, thinking that people have bad days at work and end up taking it out on others and that next time will be better. I was wrong!! The service at this Dunkin' is getting worse and worse, the employees show all the time that they don't want to work. Why are they there? I'm paying for a service that I don't get. There's always something wrong with the orders, ALWAYS! There's not once that I've come here where something was missing, you pay and it doesn't come what was ordered, whether in the order or in a request. I live two streets away from this store, which is very convenient because I buy coffee every day, and I have to drive further to buy it at another store because this one...
