We were enjoying the menu items. I have nothing but good to say about the quality of the food. It is the customer service that lacks. We ordered on August 27th a Thursday, a Party size pizza, meat lovers. and a Taco Salad with Steak & blue cheese dressing, also a 2 liter of Cola....when the driver arrived he called from his cell , we went down to the lobby to get the delivery & he forgot the soda, we still tipped him $5.00. i went upstairs and called......a gentleman said well how about i bring it to you next time you order....I said okay we probably will order next week Thurs. Friday..i asked for his name & he said i will remember you....you always call....being that this is a fact i let it go and hung up. Tonight i called & a different fellow answered. I placed the order for delivery and reminded him about the soda.....he said the last time i ordered was June 18th the computer does not lie.....i said people that work the computer make mistakes...he accused me of lying and i just wanted a free soda.....OMG..i was floored to hear this ridiculous accusation. His tone was very condescending. I said you know what for the 2/3 dollars that i am out of just cancel the order, i will take my business elsewhere from now on, let my voice be heard.......THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS THE WINNER IN THE END...customer service can and will make or break your business. there is so much competition as far as Pizza goes & many other places have the same menu, similar if not better tasting, & way better customer service...Never will i let anyone upset me over a bottle of soda , life is too short. GO ANYWHERE BUT TO PARAMOUNT PIZZA THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS .SPREAD THE WORD VIA TWITTER/FACEBOOK TO YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS. my girlfriend said she got the same attitude when they forgot a grinder she ordered....& that is only the first phone call after posting on facebook, my inbox is blowing up with...
Read moreI work at a Hotel near by the restaurant and usually get food delivered. I called in for a pastrami grinder and WELL DONE chicken wings. When I got the food the chicken wings were still red inside. I thought that it was the sauce on the first wing I ate but the second one was red inside also. The pastrami in the grinder was not cooked it was still cold although I asked for a HOT grinder. I also asked for raw onions and they gave me cooked onions. I am not a picky person but I was fed up with the service when the I called and the cashier had a bad attitude. This is how I am not a picky person... two weeks ago I ordered the wings and there was a piece of hair on a wing but I did not complain because I liked their wings. Their attitude sucks !!!! I hope I don't get ill because I will be taking further...
Read moreStarted as a great experience. They had great food. I ordered 2 chicken cutlet grinders with specific ingredients on each sandwich. When the food came it had 1 ingredient per sandwich other than chicken, didn't even include cheese. Called to make a complaint thinking maybe they would take a few dollars off the bill or something. The woman who picked up the phone was nice and said they would deliver the correct sandwiches but the cook? Called back and told me they made the sandwiches correct and that they weren't going to replace them and kept insisting that they were made right. Even after sending a pic of the pathetic sandwiches they still stuck by that they didn't do anything wrong. Such a horrible customer service experience that I need to Give them 1 star.
