Julio's Famous Pizza — Restaurant in Bridgeport

Julio's famous pizza is the worse food my family and I ever had . The pizza was raw almost raw,bland with no flavor. They advertise a chicken parmesan with breaded chicken cutlet , the sandwich comes and it is made with 2 cheap,low grade chicken patties cut in half. Not only is it also terrible with no flavor as is the pizza, my wife found a numerous strands hair on the sandwich and in her mouth when she bit into it. Then when I called to speak to the owner/manager to convey my complaint, as I was talking he was laughing at me and said there is nothing he can do...I admonish you, DO NOT EAT AT OR ORDER FROM JULIO'S FAMOUS PIZZA!!!!!! he was rude and disrespectful. Just because it's clean out front does not mean it is as clean in the back and the food is being prepared with the proper sanitary measures as the health department requires.... WHO'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!! The positive reviews you see has to be friends and family or PAID for to promote...

If I could leave lower than a 1 I would.. The customer service I received today was HORRIBLE!!!! I have been a customer for years and have had minor problems but today takes the cake! Drove down to Bridgeport from New Haven and paid for a large “meatball” pizza and a large bottle of coke and when we got to our destination we realized they gave us someone else’s order. I understand mistakes are made, but the way it was handled was ALL WRONG….. Julio’s suggested we drive back to Bridgeport to get the correct order. Uhhh.. No! His mistake!!! His fixing it!!!!! I requested someone deliver the correct order to my address. He refused and said I can pick it up tomorrow.. Julio’s (the copy cat from Arthur’s Famous Pizza) has lost a customer Sorry Sonya…. AND I will share my experience with everyone I know that eats...

I love their pizza and their food. Never had a problem before placing my orders. However, today I really had a bad experience with the person that was taking my order. I mistakenly give him to many numbers from my card. He roughly hanged the phone on me. I call back with the right card numbers and the phone rang, rang and rang and he never pick up my call. I am sure they have a caller I'd. I call back using another phone and he pick up right away. I asked him why he didn't pick up my call and he he say they have other phone lines. I said to him, ! oh yes!!! Then I give him the correct card numbers. Suddenly, he said to me, "you are noddy and you know what I am not taking your order", and abruptly hang up the phone.
