Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bridgeport

I love Papa John's and hadn't had it in so long, so while visiting CT I thought I would order a pizza for lunch. 2 mediums deal for $15. One with pepperoni and banana peppers the other one pepperoni and sausage. When I get there one pizza was ready had to wait on the 2nd one, no big deal. When it was ready I was told that bacon was added to one of the pizzas, I said that's not what I want so I had to wait for another pizza to be made. Get home the pizza was very dry no pizza sauce on it, and it just didn't taste right, sausage tasted like bacon cause it was breakfast sausage.🤷🏽‍♀️I guess. Also both pizzas were the same no banana peppers on one like I requested. Called them talked to a guy he says he will get my pizza done the way I wanted with sauce pepperoni and banana peppers. This pizza had what I wanted on it but no sauce..the sauce was given to me on the side. Pizza still didn't taste right!!! Waste of money everything went in the garbage. What's really going on??? Well I had my experience with this location so I know not to order anymore but it won't stop me from eating Papa John's elsewhere. And I had 3 people tasting Papa John's for the first time, and they also didn't care for the pizza....

Short Story: Waited for pizza for 2 hours. Waited in the cold for an hour. Manager and delivery driver lied the entire time. DONT ORDER HERE! Story: Made the Order at 6:04 PM. Estimated delivery was 6:42 PM. I walked out early like I usually do because I respected them. I ended up waiting an hour in the cold in a rough neighborhood. Called them seven times and on every single call they lied about the "pizza is coming soon. Like in 5 mins". After an hour passed, I called to cancel the order. The manager refused to accept that I wanted to cancel and said that the diver was already there and waiting. Which was a huge lie because I am standing right outside. Lo and behold I see the driver pull up as I'm on the phone trying to cancel. Then the driver tried to blame it on me!!! EYOOOO. I didn't move a single inch and had the phone on ready. He claimed that I never picked up the phone and that's why he never came. I came back at him and said "You mean the phone that's in my hand with your manager? I see the red van you pulled up in. The same red van I have never seen when I was out here." YEAH,...

So I ordered from this location on August 7 and today a 16 piece wings but both times they delivered my order in completely. 1st time I was missing 2 wings and was instructed to add in notes section if I ever ordered wings again so they add two more but today I was missing 5 wings. Also they did not fullfil their promise to me about replacing missing wings and the manager was very rude to me cause he hung up on me. Told me he was vegetarian so he doesn't eat meat that's how he knows they were all there. He calls me a list and claiming that I don't know how to count then rudely requested I come pass midnight to the store to view video footage even tho I told him I didn't have a car. I'll not be buying from this location again cause they're so disrespectful to their customers. I'll take my money/ service elsewhere and I suggest people do the same. I was lied to about them coming over to deliver me my missing wings and I never in my life been treated this way. Worst customer service ever and they're very disrespectful cause this isn't the first time they...
