El Tenampa Restaurant — Restaurant in Bridgeport

Bad experience-Kitchen closing was 11pm, I arrived about 945pm. I was rushed to order food without getting drinks first, or review whole menu. The Server Maritza was condescending and disrespectful towards my other 4 guest. I was charged a 15% tip (19 dollars) when it applies after 6 guest, plus they suggested 4 additional %'s for tips. Food was good except for the steaks that were super dry. It seemed that they were trying to kick us out, but other customers got taken in without creating that circus and not getting hounded. They took a couple orders after 10:40pm.

I hope the owners are not the ones creating this atmosphere, this place has a greater potencial.

Garbage food, way too expensive for what you are actually receiving! The food is typically cold when it is served. The staff is very disrespectful and they do not respect their clients. They rush making the meals, and when you bring to their attention that your meal was not properly cooked, or that it is cold, they become very irrate and disrespectful. If you don't speak Spanish your lost. Staff had no English skills at all! Im not looking for perfection just want to make a simple order. Anyway, after ordering the three chicken tacos, I was in the bathroom within an hour! I wouldn't try this place...
