Wendy's — Restaurant in Bridgeton

I have gone to this Wendy’s many times, but tonight was just an overall terrible experience. Overnight shift is just about ready to leave. I came around midnight and they close at 1AM. Something told me I was gonna have a problem. I ordered a plain double stack, one of the easiest things they could ever make there and they managed to mess it up not once, but twice. I got up to the drive thru window and the girl was blasting loud music and barely paying attention. I checked my sandwich before leaving knowing it’d be wrong and sure enough it was. Ketchup, onions, whatever comes on a regular double stack. The girl came back and had an attitude about me asking to get my sandwich plain like I asked. What did she do? She took off all the toppings and handed it to me like it was a fresh sandwich. Unbelievable. Ketchup all over the wrapper and on the patties. I just left at that point because clearly I was not going to get anywhere with this horrible overnight staff. I also ordered a Dr. Pepper and I have no idea what this is, but it’s surely not Dr. Pepper. It tastes absolutely horrible. I recommend NOT going to this Wendy’s, especially at the later hours. I gave this particular Wendy's, which is across from McDonald's, a 3 star rating because not only is the (new fries) supposed to be hot and awesome like there dedicated to 😏 there not most of the time. Plus Im not waiting in a line wrapped around yhe building again to get stuff fixed. Also the 3 stars are because, I get the same meal everytime. I got the app to get rewards. 90% of the time I go their code reader for my app doesn't work. Which the girl (that was new mind you) did EVERYTHING and was trying to get SOMEONE ANYONE to come help her, which only 1 person even responded. When they ALL HAVE HEAD SETS!!! it was a relief when the other girl took a moment to teach her. So so nice. Such a shame the other members treated her with no regard. So I go to the other one by...

Drive through made us pull forward then took several more orders and had 3 other cars behind us park... Then gave orders through the window to the next 3 or 4 cars while we waited. I finally went inside after all the other cars were given their food and we waited at least 25 min in total, maybe 30. They had to remake our order bc they lost it (or gave it to another car?) and even though I told them twice when I went inside to make sure we actually got food, they still put mayonnaise on two of the sandwiches. I have no idea why the drive through person sent people to do maybe random spots instead of having them wait a few min for order and I think that's what messed so much up. Will not visit this...
