O'Connor's Deli — Restaurant in Brighton Charter Township

The pizza looks really good but its just ok...the bread sticks have potential if they werent extra extra salty! I could feel the salt on my tongue! So gross!...but my one star was for the customer service mainly, I called and asked if this was normal for the bread sticks she said no, I told her the bread sticks are so salty they arent edible, and with this ice storm we have I dont wanna send my husband back up there cuz he has another appointment (plus its also time and gas money) so I asked can I just have a 6 dollar credit for next time? (Since this was my first time ever ordering from there) She said yes its ok...then calls back 10 mins later and tells me I gotta take the bread back? I told her Im not making the extra trip cuz I have no time! Plus I had thrown them out!...If theyre gonna be petty about $6 then I dont need to go back there! Ridic! Whata waste of my time and money!...ILL NEVER GO BACK THERE...

I walked into the store and the girl working was standing kitty corner to the front door. She looked at me and then walked to the kitchen. But a few seconds later she came out and asked which order I was there for rather than greeting me and asking me if she could help me. She was incredibly rude and condescending. I told her I was there for a doordash order and I told her which name then she proceeded to tell me in a snide manner that I'm 20 minutes early I said no I'm not the pickup time is x she argued back yes you are. In our system it shows blah blah blah. So I waited a half hour for them to keep telling me that the order was going to just be a few more minutes. I finally got fed up and unassigned the order after being talked down to and lied to by a girl with no manners at all. I'll never spend my money at this...

My Wife and I came here for breakfast today.

I called prior to coming in to double check if breakfast was served all day. I was told yes, so we decided to stop by.

Upon attempting to order, the young lady behind the counter told me that breakfast was only served in the morning. I was quick to bring up the fact I just called and asked about it. She went and grabbed another worker who asked what we wanted for breakfast. He told us they no longer serve the bagels, yet they still have it listed on the chalk board for order.

Although he was apologetic for the miscommunication, it shouldn't have happened.
