I’m highly disappointed in my experience just now. 10/2/24 4:15pm First time going to this location and to an Arby’s in over 4 years. Super disappointed. Worst customer experience I have ever had. There was no one in line. They had no one there except one other person in front of me and a workers car in the parking lot. they told me they would tell my total at the window. I was asked to move forward because they were being timed and the Mac n cheese bites were taking longer. I said no, there was no need for me to do so BuT If there had been someone behind me I would have. Amber didn’t like my answer repeated herself then got an the worst attitude ever from both of the associates one male Young & other one mid 20’s female with a witch attitude, amber, grunted then slammed the window in my face all because they had a timer going. I never received a receipt. The Chicken inside of ranch wrap was also very crunchy and hard to enjoy. The fries were hard and tasted like peanut oil. Possibly oil change needed. Nasty fries. The best thing I had from my order was the small sprite. The Mac n cheese bites were disgusting. The cheese on the inside isn’t a cheddar but almost tastes like a mozzarella mixed provolone. Didn’t ask me if I wanted ketchup or sauces. As a customer, it’s not my fault that the timer is taking longer than expected or whatever the business be. To talk to a customer with a rude attitude because of the refusal of moving up is ridiculous. I have a video of said actions. Since I did not get my receipt. I have video proof of the whole transaction today. This was not okay. If you do not like your job you need to quit it and find another one. Customer service experience is everything in the food industry!!!!!!!!!!!! MY FAVORITE PART ABOUT THIS STOP- I GOT PAID TO BE A SECRET SHOPPER TODAY. -not professional ((after seeing this- the owner tried “to make it right” by sending a link in response BUT the link is an Error. It’s invalid. So Nothing was made right. I think how “it could be made right”, is to have the employee, amber, to apologize to my face for being rude and slamming the window in my face bc I wouldn’t move up due to their timer going long with no one there...
Read moreThe place was clean, the communication was the subpar. The attendant just wasn't listening which becomes more regular as time goes on in general.
We tried the fish and fries and it was really good. It doesn't have a batter dip it's more of a crumble kind of like a panko bread type of deal.
The portions are small so if you have a smaller tummy three should be more than sufficient as they have a 3 and a five-piece order.
I've eaten at this Arby's before and they have been pretty consistent. I will say though I miss their chicken sandwich. I've had all the other fast food chicken sandwiches and for some reason theirs was a little bit better just not advertised enough.
They have a bell ringer if they did a good job of which we rang.
Listen for the absence of the fifth star is due to the communication point. Simply said folks need to listen and respond to what they heard. That has more to do with juvenility than anything.
Question is what I eat there again and of course yes and I would definitely order that fish again because you could tell it was fresh.
Type of batter may not be your desire and it's not something I would have forethought but it turned out to be a good...
Read moreFor the third time we have driven out of our way to come here, they close at 10. Not only does it say they close at 10 online, it also says it on their door. It is 9 pm right now, and both times before, it was far before closing. So once again, we have arrived at 9 pm and driven all the way here and are being ignored. We see employees inside, all lights are on and again, it is an hour before closing. We waited, we waited some more, drove back through to no avail. Confused for sure. We both work and sometimes don’t want to cook so driving all the way out here to then be ignored is annoying. We all work, sometimes we don’t want to be there. But these are your hours. Change them if they’re either incorrect or work if that’s the shift you’ve committed...
