Went to Sonic today at 3pm. There was literally no one there and I couldn't get served. I pulled into a drive up spot and pushed the button. It beeped and the screen lit up, a message appeared that said the "red button is activated, we will be with you shortly. Shortly after that a young lady came out and delivered food to the car next to mine. When she was done she walked directly in front of my car to go back inside. I waited like 5 minutes and no one responded, so even though the button was still lit and the message was still there I pushed the button again. This time someone answered and so I told them I had been waiting like 5 minutes. Instead of apologizing and asking for my order, the person on the other end began to make excuses. Saying that my order only came in a minute ago. I explained I had ordered anything and that I had pushed the button when I arrived. Once again, this person missed the opportunity to apologize and ask for my order, and instead proceeded to tell me that if the screen wasn't working I should have moved to another spot or used the drive thru. At this point I chose to leave rather than placing an order. The restaurant was not busy, no one came to the drive thru and one other came in about three minutes after me. I would have likely placed an order after voicing my concerns about waiting so long if the person would have apologized and then asked for it. This is the mission statement from the east coast I would assume it doesn’t differ much from Brighton CO. Unfortunately this location stole 70 odd dollars from me and my family , served us food under temp , fried in grease that was beyond bitter to the point if being unsafe. The wrong order . Then when I attempted to correct said situation I was met with attitude phone hang ups , I went to location in person , the young “manager “ came out stomping talking down to me . Then gave me the number 720-416-0608, said this was the store manager, which I find hard to believe , because again talking loud yelling at me and again unprofessionally hanging up on me. As an owner of Sonic in another state I find this deplorable and not Sonic standards whatsoever. There is a bunch of non trained young want to be leadership here and as a Sonic lover and member I do not except this location as Sonic whatsoever. Read moreWent to this sonic today, very dissatisfied with their service and the drink they made. Went through drive-thru, ordered drink with an add in. Once I received drink it was the wrong drink with no add ins in it. Went to window, they stated they would make the correct drink and bring it out. They did not make a new drink and brought a small cup out with the add in that they forgot to put in. I then went up to the window, asked for the manager, manager came out and was very unprofessional and unfriendly. She stated the drink was right, and after I was insistent it wasn’t she took the drink, went into the restaurant and made the drink. I thanked her as she gave it to me, manager did not acknowledge me and walked inside. She was very rude and had no customer service skills about her. The drink she made was not sonic quality, it was very un flavorful and she put a very small amount of the nerds candy in the drink.
