Date: 2/13/23 (Monday) Time: 7:59pm

I would like to report the woman working at this hour. This is the fourth consecutive time, which I believe is the same woman as I recognize her voice. Same approximate time on the other nights. I head to the drive-thru and as I wait to place an order, she yells out and I quote, “we’re not taking any orders right now.” This has also happened to my sister on occasions. It’s very sad because coming from Hawaii, we enjoy the tacos and have been a customer of Jack and the Box for over 30 years. We moved here and live nearby this location. I’m sorry to say this is by far the worst location that I’ve ever experience. I always hope that this woman is not working so I can actually get an order in. But she’s always there and always refuses to take orders for whatever reason. This needs to stop now. It’s getting ridiculous. You’re losing revenue. Imagine how often she does this. I assume the owner doesn’t know. But now you do. I’m reporting her. I believe this can change so every jack and the box lover can come back and feel confident to get an order in. I usually never take the time to rate any place but this particular Jack in the box restaurant and the woman (Manager) stand out to me in a huge way. I have been going here for over a year now for personal and Grubhub / Doordash orders and I can honestly say that I have never had a problem with any order I placed or picked up. The manager has went above and beyond to make sure that I haven’t had any issues with my food. I mean I have yet too receive cold food in any way shape or form!! With many other restaurants closing early without notice and personally dealing with angry managers / employees at every other restaurant I go to, it has been awesome knowing I can depend on this restaurant to have orders ready. I couldn’t do what you guys do especially with impatient customers cussing and yelling when it’s so obvious to anyone that you guys are short handed and extremely busy. I have yet to see any employee standing around not working at your store which is rare. Just want to say to the workers and especially the one person (Manager) who makes this whole stressful epidemic much easier to deal with and also for making the food that you make and doing what you do every day. Actually amazing alot of people who posted a 1 star review are honestly just petty people and shouldn't be some mean but I understand if the workers cussed at somebody's child that makes sense but some are insane the food is amazing it was fresh and delicious we ordered and he told us to pull up Then we realized we messed up on our behalf so we asked him and he said "yeah we can do that let me read over your order again to make sure I don't mess up your order again" he was extremely kind and thoughtfull of us even after we said we were the ones that messed up, they did mess up and gave us regular fries instead of curly but we went back in and gave us so much more fries than we needed they were very kind and considering of us the sodas are amazing the fries were salty and fresh and crunchy.
