Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Brighton

Honestly I am growing more and more disappointed and frustrated with Good Times. The lack of professionalism, and the poor attention to the customer from people at the actual stores has degraded a lot. However all of the district management is phenomenal, always gets in contact with me and ensures that everything is resolved, making me feel like it will be better the next time. This is my first time eating at this Good Times location in a fair bit of time, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. Went in with about 3 other people to grab some lunch, walk up to the counter and start to order. The girl behind the register was completely not trained, which we were patient with. Except that she wouldn't make eye contact and constantly snapped at us when we hesitated on something. (Like what cut we wanted for our fries) The manager standing by to train her just sat there glaring at everyone nearby. When we do eventually get our food we find that they missed one of our fries. I return to the counter and inform them we ordered more than 2 fries and are missing one. (Still being patient with the new hire for the record) the manager was a jerk and demanded I pay for another one not even willing to look at my receipt. He was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I was very disappointed to see none of them wearing name tags. However I did get the managers name on my receipt I believe, I still will not posting it here as I do not find it professional to name drop someone out of negativity. Among fast food restaurants, Good Times is better than half. The fact that the young men working there when I went inside were not only polite, they were also friendly, a rare thing nowadays among youth fast food employees. When I was ordering my meal, I mentioned it would be pretty good if they had an option where you could add an egg on top. The man said, "We can definitely do that. I do that on my own". Imagine my surprise! The burgers are well seasoned and properly cooked. The fries are quite tasty. I also ordered as a side the potato jalapeño poppers. It cam with a sweet and spicy strawberry sauce, which made the poppers even more delicious. The downside to my experience was the condition of the dining room. There was dried soda all over the ordering counter and the floors were not clean. I had to go to the bathroom for a wet paper towel for the counter because I was so disgusted by it. Horrible experience! Went to grab breakfast this morning and the guy working named Roberto #8917 was extremely rude. I asked if I could have a minute while deciding what to get off the menu and he didn’t know that he left his headset on and he sighed and said ‘Oh My God… “ (No one was behind me) I then said I was ready and then his reply was…” Are you ready now..?” In a rude manner.
