Wendy's — Restaurant in Brimfield Township

BAD! Im sorry, I hate to write negative reviews about places when the staff is mainly run by teens. and people that are just making by, so I try not to be too hard on them, but this places service is bad! Ive been here multiple times, ad EVERY time they mess up my order to some degree. Last night was the last straw. The person taking our order didn't seem to know. what was on the menu, I. asked for a #11 the Nacho Cheese burger and he just said "huh? What's that?" I had to point to it on the menu saying that one please. My girl Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget as well, and he DIDNT EVEN put it on the menu, so. I came up with my app and tried to use. my coupon for my free 10 piece nugget, he scanned it and then we never even got it with our order. So now my free 10 piece nugget coupon is gone cause it was "used" but we never even got the nuggets. We asked this man 2 times for some nuggets and he didn't even add it to our order. Im sorry but thats kinda unacceptable for a food company. Then to top it all off, as we were walking out some random guy from behind the counter just walks up to us and hands us a random burger, that we didn't order and says "Here you go." The burger wasn't even in a bag or anything, just in. its wrapper but still it was. just so bizarre. I guess thats not a bad thing cause we got a free burger, but it just shows how unorganized this place is that they are just handing random people random burgers and hoping they got the order right, knowing this place it was probably someone else's burger that they never got to see. and since im on a roll discrediting this place, ill add my fries were cold and un salted. IM more salty then. the fries I got. 2/10 (would give it a 0.5 but the free random burger did give the experience...

I love Wendy’s … but THIS LOCATION in Brimfield/Kent is, by far, the WORST location I have ever been to.

I would give this location negative stars if I could.

I don’t have issues at any other location, but THIS one. They fill cups completely with ice, cake burgers in Mayo (even when you ask for no Mayo), the store and parking lot are always a mess, and they have some of the rudest employees that I have ever encountered at a Wendy’s. This most recent time, one of the employees even went as far to flip me the bird from behind the drive through window (and I am not sure why she did - other than I asked for no ice since they filled the cup to the top with ice the previous visit - and I haven’t been to this location in several years). This type of rude behavior isn’t just with one of their employees either. None of the employees are friendly at all either - just a bunch of rude, disgruntled workers, from what I can see. It’s a shame, because I live VERY close to this location, but it’s ALWAYS the same issues at this particular location. I literally boycotted this location for 8 years, and they STILL have the same problems. It must be a problem with the owner and management since the same problems are STILL going on, 18 years later.

AVOID THIS WENDY’S - AT AL COSTS. THEY ARE AWFUL!

If you absolutely must have Wendys, go to the location in Rootstown, the location near Kent State, or go to Chapel Hill …or just go to Chic-Fil-A instead. Whatever you do, AVOID the Wendy’s...

My husband and I stopped in to grab a quick bite on May 18, 2019 around 8:30pm. We both ordered the new crave chicken sandwich. After waiting an usual amount of time, the employee who took our order came out and apologized for the delay due to no chicken cooked ahead of time(?). After 10 min we finally get sandwich and I took a bite, and immediately spit it out because it was still cold and raw. I took it up to counter and manager (very unprofessional manager) was there around french fries, seen me, turned his back to me, and the same employee that waited on us came over and I told him sandwiche is raw. Manager heard it and never turned around, never responded. Nothing. I told same young kid to forget chicken and give us burger, which was less money than chicken sandwich and i didn't even request a refund. Still no comment from manager. Just walking around like a cocky jerk visibly displaying aggravation that he was even there. Never once did he come over to apologize or express anything for our experience. In fact when, I asked the employee his managers name because he sucked at his job, he heard me and just glared at me. That was the only time he made any acknowledgement of our presence. Horrible, horrible manager representing wendys. And for the record, I have reported him. He should not be working in...
