Let me start off by saying I used to go to Bailey’s for years before moving out of Levittown. I loved everything about it. The food. The automosphere. The beer selection. It was awesome and I always had amazing service. Well I just went in there tonight for the first time in months and left with the worst vibe. I didn’t even order food that’s how bad my experience was. We walked in to be seated (to order food) and were told we can’t being in outside food (I had an ice cream from across the street, but had full intentions of ordering dinner). So I went outside to finish and came back in only to not be greeted again. We walked up to two gentlemen and stated we would like to eat. The one gentlemen stated very condesendintly “Can I see ID”. I get carded all the time, it’s not a problem. But the way I was spoken to was absolutely ridiculous. I happily obliged. Being 27 I have nothing to hide. And my 34 year old fiancé had no problem either. After the man stared at the Ids for far too long like he couldn’t read, He then told us we could sit anywhere and a waitress would be with us. At which point I then left. This was not the baileys I used to know and love. And I feared the food would be just as bad as the greeting. I’m not saying stay away but I don’t think I’ll be back. Which is sad given how frequently I...
Read moreWent to grab a quick lunch. I don't know if it's usual or because it was slow in the afternoon but the place was seat yourself when we went there. We grabbed ourselves a booth. The only thing about seat yourself arrangement is that you don't have a menu when you get seated. So, we had to wait a few minutes before our server came to greet us with menu. This is usually not an issue, but since we were in a bit of a hurry, we kinda felt the wait. The nice lady asked us if we wanted to drink anything, so we requested the drinks menu. The drinks menu only had beer though. That was a bit of a disappointment. The types of beer being offered were plenty but, only beer nonetheless. We ordered just water for me and a beer for husband (I forgot the one we ordered but from a sip that I took, I remember it being pretty hitting and citrusey, which is not necessarily a bad thing). Also, I ordered the turkey sandwich from the handhelds and husband ordered a smash burger from their burger list. Both were really really tasty with distinct flavors melting in mouth. I also ordered their onion rings on the side. I would have liked a bit more seasoning on the onion rings. But everything else was superb. The place is pretty affordable with good sandwiches and burgers. Definitely going to return when I am in a mood...
Read moreBailey's manager and follow up service is awful. It's horrible! If you order online, you won't get your order if and I say if they feel the are too busy. What's the bad part they won't tell you. When you come pick it up, then they tell "oh I didn't accept the order." What!!! They don't even let the customer know! Horrible customer service. Don't eat there. Don't spend your money. Take your your money to an establishment that appreciate customers. Then the manager wants to get aggressive. If you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen! I seen other people come in and got take out! So why them and not me? Was it because the color of my skin? Yup I went there! My money is still green! In the future turn off the online service if you really are that busy. The other staff members didn't even know this was going on. A good manager would communicate with their staff. People get that you get busy, but you didn't even offer another alternative. Place your order now, it may be awhile, I apologize for the inconvenience, you know, good customer service, try it! Don't ever worry about me coming there or even sending people your way, you just lost a good paying customer, ...
