I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced Sunday morning @ this location. Lisa was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction.

She sat on her phone and rang me up as if I didn't exist. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, I was met with an attitude that made it clear she had no interest in helping me as a customer. She put the blame on another person that showed up after the interaction which made it even worse. I let that guy I believe his name was Marco know that he was not the issue. She was.

What’s even more unacceptable is that as I was leaving the store, Lisa was making disrespectful comments and cursing me to get out of her store. That kind of behavior is completely out of line for anyone working in customer service. It shows a total lack of respect and professionalism. I'm pretty sure you have cameras. I didn't need help getting out of there. I had a enough of her to leave and get away from her before I did say something mean.

No customer should ever be treated like this. Employees and the business should remember that how customers are treated directly affects their reputation. I hope management takes this serious and addresses these issues before people are driven away by these kind of...

I went to pick up 2 breakfast pizzas at the Oswgo location that I had ordered online this morning and the woman at the register was awful. Her name was Jen and she really needs to get some lessons in people skills. She was extremely rude, never smiled and if I could have walked out without making my kids unhappy, I would have in a minute!! On the other hand the woman in the back that was making the pizzas was an absolute delight. I wish I would have seen her name because I would love to have given her a shout out!! The Coke Zero had run out and she offered without a flinch to go and get it changed for me right away with a huge smile on her face! You might want to consider switching her and Jen and put Jen in the back, and have the nice lady up front dealing with the public. Spent about 5 minutes waiting in line behind a woman with 4 children under the age of what appeared to be 12. All 4 children were picking out scratch off tickets and the cashier took her sweet time chatting with the mother and giggling about the kids getting lucky on their scratch offs. By the way, it’s illegal to knowingly sell to minors. Then when it was my turn, was told I couldn’t use the pump I was at due to their being a pre pay on it?
