Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bristol Township

Never give a receipt for your order and always over charge you. I ordered a wake up wrap before and it was charged as a sandwich, I asked for a receipt because I knew the price couldn’t be right and she immediately knew what she did before she gave me the receipt I asked for. It’s always the one older lady with glasses. Everytime she rings me up, it always cost more than it did the last I went (when I was rung up by someone else) and I usually get the same things so I have an idea of the prices. She will overcharge you for everything, she charged me for whipped cream on my iced latte when they already come with free whipped cream. Cooperate tried to argue that every Dunkin have different price and policies but I told them, when you order from the app at the same location, they don’t charge for all the extra fees that already is included in the drink and if that was the case, she never asked if I wanted whipped cream ( maybe because it already come with the drink). I usually use my app to pay for my stuff but I was short so she told me I owe $1.50 then after I left, I checked my bank account since it was the same lady and she charged me $4.24 which is not a lot but why do I always have to overpay everytime I go there. It’s so frustrating! Also they never give bags, I don’t understand why? They will literally had you your food(s) in the small bag your food is placed in, even if it more than one item without any napkin! Even with the stoppers for your drink, why do I have to ask for it when you see my drink spilling as you’re handing it to me? That same lady never greets you or say thank you even if you try to be nice. She acts like she getting paid more for...

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin with hashbrowns she says ok 3.91 pull around. I pulled around the small screen under the window says 3.91 she then says 3.91. i give her 4 and tell her keep the change. Start driving away and she yells no its 4.96. I didnt have time to argue so i gave her another dollar. Already frustrated i take a bite into my sandwhich and it was barely a sandwhich at all. The muffin was stale the sausage was more like recycled cardboard and the egg was far from real egg. Then i decided i would try a hashbrown, i should've quit while i was ahead and threw it all in the trash. But i had to try them which i instantly regretted. They were hard and stale like they were once covered in freezer burn. They weren't even warm to say the least. I wouldn't go back to this dunkin donuts if it was the last one...

I was going there OFTEN on my lunch for work, but will NEVER go there again. I get the same thing, 2 wake up wraps with NO CHEESE. Guy come to the window and asks cheese or no cheese I replay no cheese. Then he tells me the guy already put cheese on it already as it I'm going to change my mind and want cheese on it. He walks away I assume that a new ones are being made because it took so long and you know that is what should have been done. Nope, get back to work to see that there is still some melted cheese on my food, so the cheese was pulled off. I do not have time on my lunch to run back. So now I will NEVER GO BACK, COMPLET DISRESPECT that is NOT how you treat a PAYING customers food, EVER. You messed up the order you fix it...
