Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bristol Township

My friends and I came this past Monday and had a very rude experience as we were placing our orders. We asked the cashier that was assisting us if we were allowed to use more than one reward for the transaction and she said yes. However, a older lady behind the counter approached the cashier and out of no where just raised her voice at my friend even shocking the cashier. The situation was my friend had redeemed her rewards on her app to use in person for her order. She had 3 rewards the cashier allowed her to use. However, the older lady (which we found out was the wife of the owner of this location) once she saw this, had her voice raised and said no no no, you cannot do that. You cannot use 3 coupons. The cashier & my friend specified no, these are rewards she earned, not coupons. The lady persisted to speak in a raised voice while there were other patrons in the store waiting and seated.

As this was my first time at this location, I was shocked as my friends visiting out of town had such a rude experience first thing in the morning. This will be my last time visiting this location and only reason I gave this a 2 stars was the other staffs were nice throughout the experience. I cannot believe this older lady thought it was okay to do that in any situation regardless of it being a business scenario. Be a kind human being nonetheless, there was a better way to...

Whats the deal with this place .I've given them a chance multiple times . I'm getting sick of receiving trash food and trash coffee . First off the sticker on cup says med original coffee .. I doubt any coffee just creamer and swirl flavoring .. second I ordered a sausage croissant and what a waste of money . Croissant was hard as a rock and hashbrowns were undercooked . Doesn't make sense to me . Why rush to get out trash food and give your franchise a bad name ? Maybe get together with other franchise owners that put out good food and good drinks ... I mean it's not that hard , your only pushing buttons and keeping the place clean . Also if you want food 3 hours before they close better go somewhere else . I've tried a couple times and everytime it's " were only serving drinks "..like , what? Why is the menu showing on digital screen ? I was at Dunkin eyeing the various pastries and desserts on display, when suddenly, a ghost appeared next to me. I froze, unsure if my eyes were playing tricks on me.

The ghost floated over to the counter and asked for a Boston cream donut. To my surprise, the girl at the counter didn't seem frightened by the ghost's presence and quickly obliged.

As the ghost paid for the donut, I couldn't help but ask, "Excuse me, why do you want a donut?"

The ghost turned to me and replied, "It's my favorite dessert. Even ghosts have cravings."

I was amazed by the ghost's nonchalant attitude and found myself smiling at their response. As the ghost took the donut and vanished into thin air, the girl at the counter turned to me and said, "That ghost has been a regular customer here for years. They have a serious sweet tooth!"
