Gaetano's — Restaurant in Bristol Township

The food is fantastic...they just can't seem to take our order correctly. We order from them all of the time and usually get it delivered. Every single order has been wrong. I called and complained and the manager was rude and acted like he couldn't be bothered. We ordered again tonight and once again they got our order wrong. We asked for an Italian hoagie, but they gave us an American hoagie. We specifically asked for oil & vinegar because they always forget and today wasn't any different. We called to complain again and the manager didn't even come to the phone. The employee who answered the phone had the nerve to ask if we wanted them to deliver the vinegar and oil. It is frustrating because we really do like the food and would like to continue ordering from them. What kind of business pays little attention to customer service? I ordered a XL large Burger which is advertised on their menu coming on a kaiser roll. I even mentioned a Kaiser roll when I made the order, and they decided to put a bunch of ground beef on a long roll. Also, there was no cheese on it, I ordered extra....even asked if they could put a slice on each patty.

The whole point of a burger is it should be on a round bun. I didn't open the food or even attempt to eat it, so I called to see if I could return and would even let the delivery guy keep his tip, nope. I also gave there driver a $7 tip for driving literally one minute.

I don't know anyone who would think this is...

If I had the ability to rate this place 20 stars I would. Pls allow me to tell you why. I was born and raised in Philadelphia, and cheesesteaks are one of my favorite foods. I've been to Steve's Steaks, Pat's Steaks, Geno's Steaks & Tony Luke's.(which are all overrated💯). Gaetano's is better than all of them along with a whole hell a lot more meat on your sandwich.
