McDonald's — Restaurant in Bristol Township

My go to drive thru when I am running home late from work between 6:30pm - 8:00pm during the week day. 👍🙂

Overall 5 stars: exceeds my overall expectations for a fast food restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

Food 2 stars: I wanted to give 3 as the taste meets my expectations, but it’s expensive. Food costs have gone up but it’s not quality food and for $10 more I am able to purchase Olive Garden for my husband and I and have shareable left overs that taste good reheated unlike McNuggets, Fries and a Quarter pounder.

Service: 5 Stars 🤩 the staff is kind. Not overly friendly and it’s ok by me. They are just busy. Always helpful and easily accommodating. Side note: Andrew in the drive thru is the best! ❤️My food is always hot and even though I still check the bag, I can’t remember the last time an item was missing or a special request was wrong. Also note, I don’t use the McDonalds App because it’s not reliable, always has a bug and McDonalds rewards program is horrible. My orders always have a special request so saying they are getting it right while being in the drive thru is exceptional.

Atmosphere: 3 stars, the drive thru ordering meets my expectations. Bathrooms are always clean 🧼 when I do go inside, this is what I use. Not much experience with their dining room to provide a review.

Top 3 CONS: Over priced for the quality of food During peak evening hours & breakfast long wait times Parking lot can be congested, blind spots coming out of drive thru, please watch for pedestrians 🫣

My wife picked up two Happy meals for our kids. Drove home with them and they were missing thier fries. I brought the food back to the restaurant, pointed out the error, and asked that the give me a new cheeseburger and mcnuggets since these have now been out in the cold for 15+ minutes because of the return trip. Manager at the drive through window apologized and agreed to replace the order. He wanted me to park my car though. I said no, there is nobody behind me, I'll wait here. He said I have to move. I told him that is ridiculous. There is nobody behind me. What reason do I need to move? He refused to get the order going unless I moved, so instead just requested a refund. He said fine and slammed the window shut. Went to the front register and refunded my order. He gave me the cash, and I asked for his name. He refused to tell me. I informed him I would be contacting mcdonalds to inform them of the poor service. He was more interested in maintaining his DT timer than providing good customer service. He threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave, and picked up the store phone and started dialing. This location is a absolute joke. Avoid...

I used to rate this place 5 stars but breakfast service has gone down big time!! Food is either too overcooked or too soggy to eat and soda drinks are super warm and taste awful. Even dinning inside the food is bad. I understand the workers have 24 cars outside the building because people dont know how to use the 2 lane drive thru but since the price of mcds has gone up its not worth it. I would avoid this place for breakfast service. Lunch and dinner service are surprisingly better. It starts with better managers too because the chubby Hispanic woman and dark skinned woman manager and chubby white lady (not sure if manager) always have bad attitudes and before food gets handed out it stops at them but they just don't care and the managers don't put the sauces in the bags. But the short manager girl with glasses who looks like she's still in highschool is cool shes always on it which is why I prefer the later service. I don't rely on mcds to feed me but just amazing how this place...
