McDonald's — Restaurant in Bristol Township

It's ur basic everyday fast food restaurant ya know? So u already aren't expecting too much from a place that we have all grown up with all our lives and has always been the place to go when you just need a quick bite to eat or when those mama's out there are too exhausted to cook haha! It's simple and easy and even convenient at times. I do believe at this particular McDonalds that the employees are a bit immature, rude, and have no real supervision or at least a manager that is older to realize they need to be supervised and not one who is letting them basically run the place as they wish simply cuz that manager is to worried about being their "friend" versus their "Superior" and someone that the young employees would respect and know that while on the clock it's business not their college dorm room. They are usually extremely loud and rude to the customers dining inside and I've actually witnessed people grab their food and things and leave all due to the fact that it was impossible to carry a conversation amongst themselves cuz of all the noise hooting and hollering u heard coming from behind the front counters where u order! I don't want to bash this McDonald's since it is close to my home and I do frequent there often and for many years now. But I would suggest possibly hiring new management and maybe even putting some of the employees if not all, back through a mandatory retraining class. It has just become over ran by teenagers that hold little to no respect for the actual company nor their customers. Start off with double drive thru waiting for 2 cars that arrived after us to take order in other lane then after talking into Mic an saying hello some guy that had about the smarts of a 2 year old picks up an takes order. we have to repeat order 5 times hoping he gets it right. Then we pay an I ask the lady about the wait an she says it not her job to keep track of drive through an drive forward to the food window. Upon arrival they are missing a drink an we tell them that we ordered 3 meals. After giving my wife an attitude for a min. Instead of asking for the receipt right away He than says let me see your receipt. To my reply was you think I'm trying to steal a $1 drink come on an hand him receipt.Come to find out the original order taker forgot to make it a meal even after repeating order five times.At this point with the attitudes an immaturity I asked them for a refund an they look at me like screw you. They then try to hand me the food that they probably messed with . After that the immature workers were acting like they were gonna try to fight us having someone hold them back.lol. real classy. Then after that the ignorant girl says I've have other customers you have to pull up. To my response was no i need my money now. I know they were gonna make us wait for the money just like immature kids.. After we told them no the manager finally got involved an gave us are money back an apologized for the inconvenience. Decided to go here because lobby was closed at local one near Giant. I love the ease of the touchscreen ordering. Allows me to go through menu and get best option when I use my rewards app with it. We got 50% off order with my rewards so feeding 4 people with meal's, shakes added, and even 2 ice cream it came to just $20 and some change. We had special requests for our burgers and everything was correct on our order. The fries were fresh! Probably best fries I had at a McDonald's in a long time. Fresh and not overly salted. The dining room was super clean. Even had light up table for those that like sensory objects. I only gave this location 4 stars because it asked us to take a table top number to have ordered served to table when done. Instead, we get yelled at by employee behind counter to get order who had a bit of an unpleasant tone. In past employees were nicer so maybe drive thru had them stressed.
