We went to Nifty Fifty’s in Fairless Hills tonight to dine in for my daughter’s birthday. The service was good — friendly and attentive — but the food really missed the mark. We’ve been to other Nifty Fifty’s locations where the food is amazing, but this one was disappointing. The chicken nuggets were about half the size of what we’ve had elsewhere, the burger was very bland, and the milkshakes weren’t that good. The smothered fries also could have been better. I ordered a raspberry iced tea, and it was basically raspberry syrup — bright red and overly sweet — nothing like actual iced tea. When I went to the restroom, there was no toilet paper, and the other restroom was occupied. It took a while for staff to bring more. Other locations usually have bathroom checklists posted for cleaning and restocking, but this one did not. We’ve also heard that a few people have gotten food poisoning from this location, which makes me even more concerned about the food quality and cleanliness. Overall, the service was great, but the food and sanitation were not up to the usual Nifty Fifty’s standards.

So excited to have Nifty’s in our neighborhood! We had the pleasure of meeting Ron the owner who was so engaging & honestly had the best personality ever- talking and joking with my son Nico! Usually owners especially of franchises hang out in the back, certainly not having small talk conversations with kids. Not this guy! He was so welcoming & his freaking nice!! Blair was our waitress. What a sweetheart! She was super attentive & patient the kids took a little long to decide their milkshake flavors. To be fair the entire staff was, every one was helping everyone. The family enjoyed their milkshakes- Caramel Apple was the fav of the 3 w/ mini apple pieces in it & was so good! One thing that especially stood out to us that we really were happy about and enjoyed: the burgers were not greasy like the Philly locations & the chicken nugget breading wasn’t super salty like the Philly locations! I also LOVE the hours! There is not a lot of late night spots around here outside of the diners! Looking forward to going again!

If you like mystery sizing and minimal meat, this is your spot. Asked staff how big the cheesesteaks were. Got “regular.” Asked again. Still “regular.” Manager? Same answer. I asked if it was 6”, 8”, 10”—nobody knew. I ordered it anyway. Looked like 8”, but the fact that nobody could confirm is wild. Cheesesteak was underfilled. Photo attached shows how much meat was missing. Burgers? Basic. Toppings? Sparse. Price? Close to Five Guys, which actually gives you choices. $7 milkshake? That’s boutique pricing for drive-thru quality. This place needs a serious upgrade.

Went to Nifty Fifty's today for lunch. Where do I start....First, the food, Double Bacon Cheeseburger and also a Texas Tommy Hotdog was to say the least, out of this world GREAT! For those who don't know or don't think about it, Nifty Fifty's grinds their own hamburger FRESH....NOTHING is frozen. They use a mix of ground chuck and beef brisket and it is cut in pieces and ground, right in front of you (if you desire to watch). This is a temperature controlled room of 40 degrees for food safety and is literally enclosed in glass for any customer to see. They take pride in what they do and what they offer to the consumer. From the time I entered till the time I left, it was a great experience. I care about what my meat has in it and where it comes from. I spoke to the Manager Lisa and she was so knowledgeable and transparent and PROUD of her Restaurant. Lisa is a true asset to Nifty Fifty's. My server, (Mike) was on top of his game and offered service with a smile. It is people like Lisa and Mike that make or break a Restaurant and because of them and the quality of food, I will be coming back. My Granddaughter (6) is bugging us to take her there. I will be going back again this Sunday with my wife and this time, my Granddaughter will be with us. This will be a lunch time visit. Another Plus......There meat comes from America, not other countries. Try to get that at a fast food...

Went for lunch 10-16-2025 milkshakes great love it. Waitress was wonderful, she smiled outgoing. There was a mistake made a simple mistake the wrong cheese. Ask the waitress for the right cheese she brought it I wipe off the wrong cheese instead of sending it back. Problem solved. Until I ask the waitress to take off the 1.25 for the extra cheese I did not get. The waitress had to get the manager on duty. manager come over with an attitude and tells me I got extra cheese. I told her I got the wrong cheese and asked for the right cheese and didn’t get the extra cheese. Here my problem the manager tells me now she has to reprimand the waitress I said for a small mistake a piece of cheese. She tells me yes. Waitress come out with tears in her eyes I feel bad told her u should have told me u would get in trouble I would have just paid it. I gave her a 30 percent tip. This manager needs to be spoken to and learn how to treat their employees. I hope the owner see this and take action. I will not come back to this place, u don’t treat employees like that and u don’t tell customers that you are reprimanding someone. If the owner wants to talk to me I will talk with him or her let me know how I can...

Where do I start. Don't go on a Sunday afternoon. Extremely crowded. Parking is limited. My party of 2 had a 35 min wait so we ordered to go. Hope those $8 shakes are selling. I only ordered onion rings. Simply battered and fried. Very tasteless. If it was not for the sauce, they would be basic. The hostess taking the order did not know anything about the menu when asked. It appears she had not tasted anything. Fish was on the menu. When asked what kind, she had no clue and didn't bother to find out. Didn't know the level of heat the onion ring sauce was. Also the person seating everyone didn't do well giving estimates on how long the waiting was. We saw those waiting thinned out so tried to get seated while waiting on our to go stuff. She had to ask and was told no they could not accommodate since we ordered to-go. My friend said her burger was dry and tasteless as well. It looked chaotic in the kitchen. You need to spend money and invest in the devices that ring when seating is ready. The hostess had to walk around repeating the party name so her voice could be heard. I hope for the sake of the owner, Your staff gets more training and your...
