Turtleson — Local services in Bristol

Update: after this post and others, I received a response from Liz and she got it done. Still can’t explain why you can’t get through on the phone (even if you want to PLACE an order). But I got my item.

So far not impressed. Ordered a month ago and have received nothing and no word. Have emailed and now have tried calling several times and the customer service person that the auto voice sends you to, Morgan, is never available and her voice mailbox "can't accept anymore messages" and then it hangs up. All these reviews talk about great customer service...haven't seen it yet because you can't get through to a live human! And to top it off, it turns out they are only about 25 miles from...

Had an order issue where Turtleson took payment for an order that was placed 30 days ago but I never received the merchandise. Innitially I gave them a poor review with 1 star but am editing to give 5 stars for the exceptional customer service provided by Liv.

Liv communicated quickly and once she identified the problem provided a solution.

I'm assuming their products will be as great as their customer...

I couldn't be happier with my golf shirts and my wife loves her new sweater and sweatshirt. I'm a 3XL and the fit is perfect.
