My wife & I mostly go to breweries or wine tasting. Out of the distilleries we have visited, this is by far my favorite. It is very small, the bar has seating for maybe 4 or 5 with additional seating on the floor. If you get a seat, it is so well worth it. Len who works there is outstanding!! We were so impressed with his knowledge as a mixologist. You tell him what you like and he can make it. Or he has the best suggestions of cocktails to try. Very personable. We were with friends and all of us were so impressed, we signed up for a whiskey and wine pairing event that Len held a few weeks later. WOW!! We were blown away!!! Len and staff were excellent. They even had someone from Penns Woods winery in Chaddsford, PA. for the wines. Never would have ever thought of pairing whiskey, etc. and wine. It worked out so well! Then on top of it, we find out that Len went to culinary school. This guy also is an excellent chef also!! Best lamb chops I have ever had. Excellent crème brûlée. The event said light food. There was a great amount of food, cocktails & wine to satisfy. If you get tickets, don’t eat too much before you come. Len (and I forget the young lady helping him), they couldn’t do enough for you. And they worked theirs butts off. If you are in the area, check out Dad’s Hat. They will not disappoint! Check out their own brands of rye whiskey too. We plan on going back there a lot more times in the future.

Adorable whiskey bar right near the water in Bristol. My husband tried the whiskey flight and since I don’t care for whiskey I tried an old fashioned. It was quite possibly the strongest drink I ever had but was very nicely presented. If you’re a whiskey fan, they do make several types of whiskey and rye. The service was wonderful and the place was full the entire time we were there. Bristol jas revitalized the waterfront area and we have been to many places down here.

I love this place. The cocktails are always consistently solid and served by attentive and engaging bartenders. Dad's Hat, of course, specializes in Pennsylvania Rye, but this tasting room offers so much more. In addition to their wide array of different ryes, they have a meticulously curated assortment of spirits and beers to craft a wide assortment of well crafted cocktails. Truly a great experience!

The best old fashioned I've tasted. My cousin had it. Which is my go to. But I elected to go with the sazerac as not many even heard of it or offer It. Or know how to make it. It was also the best ever! We were there Friday. Our maker was a little dry n not happy. Could have been a bad day. So not rating on that. He did make drinks to the best I've had in a while. Hope sazerac stays on menu! There the best there. Highly recommend....
