I have been here multiple times and this is the first time I have ever experienced such disgusting, rude and discriminatory behavior from anyone here. I won’t say too much since my friends who were with me last night already posted about the same situation. At the time, we didn’t know the bartender’s name because she approached us in such a hostile and rude way. Not once did she mention her name or even simply say “Hello”. With a little searching I found her name, Crystal. Crystal is rude and caters to non POC people is a nice , friendly manner. Meanwhile, we got treated with hostility and blatant discrimination. As someone who has worked in this industry since I was 16, no one should be allowed to work in an establishment if you can’t cater to all in the same manner. Crystal needs to be held accountable for her ways and actions. This is absolutely inexcusable and unacceptable! Seriously, do better if you don’t want to continue losing business.

First time in this Establishment. I Hit them all from.Va to Pa...eventually. First off .Great location on the main strip. In the burrow.Second it's very cozy inside to chill w nice tables too.Rhe beers depending on your pallet..Where excellent. I do have one problem. With the Buisness.NO SHIRTS!!!!Rule of thumb, advertising is everything. And shirts and caps are vital in any micro. In fact there were 2 separate party's that had shirts from. Other Micros! As it should be.They had shirts in XXXL but that's just sad.It would bin nice to take something home right? And they make good profit. And it's free Advertising.

Took a friend out for a drinking night as he was leaving his current job. I was looking around and found Naked Brewing on google...like the one in Huntingdon Valley. I remember that Tyler Tasting and they had a booth at the end of the back walkway. Talked to a lovely lady on the staff about the company. The Beers: Covet Strawberry lemonade sour was a big yes. (I got the blueberry one on the way out 😉) A flight of Louie Lager (can pictured below), the Peaches and Cream Highly Appropriate, Salsa Saison and lastly, Effervescent Reflections Saison...rounded out the outing. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been to this place once before and never been treated the way the waitress treated me and my friends last night. We went here for a quick bite to eat. We sit down at a table and Right off the bat, the waitress (didn’t get her name) comes to our table with a nasty attitude towards us. Didn’t even greet us first before saying “if anyone is drinking, I need to see IDs” ok… we JUST sat down. She kept repeating that she needed to see IDs as if it was going to be a problem. After that first interaction, we thought it was weird, but she was the only server so we assumed that maybe she was just stressed. So we’re deciding on what we want to eat/drink. As my 2 other friends are trying to decide on what to eat, I happen to look up and notice how smiley and cheerful she was with other tables..who happen to be filled with white people. I even watched her ask for their IDs nicely. So we finally decide and she comes back to our table like 15-20mins later and takes our drink orders. She looks to my friend who was still trying to decide if she wanted wine or not. When she said she was still deciding, instead of asking if we were ready to put in our food orders, she just abruptly walks away. My first couldn’t even get a word in. She came back with my and my other friends drinks. My other friend decided she was going to get a wine. So she proceeds to ask for everyone’s IDs at the table. I said “oh I’m not drinking tho” she said “it doesn’t matter. Even if there’s one alc drink at the table, I have to check everyone’s IDs. It’s the PA law” which I understand is a valid explanation, but where she lost me was 1. Saying it’s PA law, cause I know it’s not. And 2. she takes our IDs and WALKED AWAY with them?! Remember when I said she asked a previous table for their IDs??? She NEVER walked away with theirs. Or the other 2 white tables that were in there. Just us POC. Mind you, we were the ONLY POC in the establishment. That’s when we realized we were being discriminated against. Me and my girls were appalled! Then she comes back with our IDs and distributes them back to us. But when she hands me and my wine friend our IDs back, she wanted to act as if she couldn’t tell us apart. The rest of the time there she basically spent it trying to avoid our table cause she tended more to others than ours. It was just really weird and I never experienced that kind of racial treatment like that at any place. Like I mentioned in the beginning, I don’t have the waitresses’ name, but she’s an older white lady with bleach blonde, shoulder length hair. Watch out for her if you’re a POC going into this place. We didn’t leave her a tip either because we felt very uncomfortable with her service. Never going...

It was truly disappointing the treatment we got from the server last night. Me and two girl friends grabbed dinner here last night and as soon as we sat down the lady behind the bar had a weird attitude towards us. At first we chalked it up to her being in the weeds as it seemed she was the only one serving but that was not the case with the rest of the other customers. We were not greeted as soon as she approached the table she just announced that if any of us were drinking she would need to see our ids. She repeated that at least 4 other times as if it was an issue but we were more than willing to show ids as all 3 of us are of age so we were just confused as why she kept repeating and NOT taking our drink order. Finally one of my friends ordered a glass of wine so she then proceeded to take out ids AND WALKED AWAY WITH THEM. We did not see her doing that to any of the other guests so we were just very confused as why she had the need to do that. I don’t know if it was because we were the only people of color in the establishment but it started to feel that way. When she came back she looked at both of my friends and asked “which one is yours” when she was returning their ids, mind you they look very different from each other. It was clear at that point we were being discriminated against. Terrible experience we felt so uncomfortable the whole time. We didn’t get her name but she was an older white lady with bleached hair. It’s a shame because the food was great but I will NEVER come back here and I advise other people of color not to because clearly we’re not welcome there. Disgusting to feel this...

Bartender Crystal 11/09/2023, Our visit being from about 5:40PM-7:00PM. Crystal asked for my boyfriends card, we told her we are paying in cash, no big deal, we leave our card with her to start a tab. End of our visit approaches, we pay, tip, leave and forget our card. We come back the next day (today) and tell the employees that we left our card with Crystal last night. They call Crystal and she tells them she didn't take our card. The other employees tell us they don't hold cards for tabs either, regardless if you pay with cash or not. So we ultimately didn't get our card. The employees just gave me attitude for double checking their policy about not taking cards... even though Crystal took ours last night. Whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth

UPDATE: The owner gave us a call and did say they had our card. And the employee from earlier gave my boyfriend his card back. The owner came out to talk to us, I was trying to explain how the employee was rolling her eyes at me. She told me she checked to cameras and that her employee had to keep explaining herself, ignoring the fact I was trying to adress the customer service I received. She became irritable of me and I wasn't planning on coming back so I didn't want to have a conflict at this point. We leave. Crystal is arriving as we are leaving and she tries to explain the situation in her. We tell her we are sorry we just don't want to come back. Thats when the employee from earlier came out and flipped us off. And then the owner came out to get Crystal. We finally left after that. Apologizes for any typos and...
