The guy running the food truck threatened to fight the customer ahead of us.

Brought my family to Hogans Cider Mill and this food truck was the only food available. We waited in line for 30 minutes and the window never opened to take another order & no communication about how long the wait is to order. The family a couple people ahead finally got up and complained to the guy at the window, who claimed to be the owner, about the wait and lack of communication. The owner continuously escelated the situation. Becoming defensive and flustered instead of kindly or calmly handling a reasonable complaint. At one point the owner said "Hey man, I know how to fight". The customer responded with "why are you threatening to fight me?" The owner then said "well you're trying to intimidate me". Even though the customer did no more than share a complaint that everyone else in line had as well.

We decided at that point to leave and skip lunch because we had children and were afraid of it escalating physically in front of them.

This guy should not be running a business where he deals with the public. Any reasonable person, especially a business owner, should know how to de-escelate a situation never mind there being no appropriate situation where they should be threatening or even entertaining the idea of a physical altercation with a customer. Especially at a family friendly establishment.

These guys are very friendly. Very upbeat. A group of four of us got 2 burgers, a salmon sandwich, clam strip platter, and a side of mozzarella sticks.

My wife loves clam strips. She would rate this a 4.5 dish. Not the best she ever had. But better than many sit down restaurants she has eaten at.

The salmon sandwich was rated a 5. He had never had one before. But the salmon was cooked to perfection!

I had a cheeseburger with the works. Very tasty, although, a also messy. The bun was kind of soggy towards the ends as a result of the ketchup, mustard and mayo. But overall, it was phenomenal burger that I would definitely order again.

The mozzarella sticks weren't hot when we ate them. Tasty yes. But obviously best when hot out of the oven. But we brought the food back to our place. So they weren't as hot.

I would definitely eat from this truck in the future and would highly recommend them to...

We happened to be in CT for an event Sunday 1/26, when we spotted the DB food truck. We had the Jerk Salmon Sandwich and the Shrimp PoBoy. Easily the best food truck meal we've had ! ever. Prep time and price were very fair. The meals were HOT and FRESH. Flavors/texture combo's were outstanding. oohhh, and the fries.....!!!! So many places make fries that are edible, but boring. DB's are hot, crispy, (not saturated or burnt tasting), and perfectly delicious. (dont use a condiment, it would ruin them). We hated to go back home to NY without seconds. Definitely will be back this summer, on the trike, to hunt you down for another meal. Keep doing what you...
