The manager charged me last week $27.99 after I was supposed to get the first week for .01 cent I’m on a by weekly payment plan she called me one week later demanding $18.00 I was also approved by corporate and by the same manager for a computer which I signed a contract for she then called me on the day and at the time of delivery to say I did not qualify for the computer and that she would not be sending it I told her to put everything in writing because she got loud yelling at me and talking over me and refused to check over my contract and payment history insisting that I pay money I do not owe stating that it’s only $18.00 I hung up on her at that point she then proceeded to call me nine times and texted me threatening me stating that she will now send her delivery men to my home to pick up my merchandise today I texted her back and stated that I would like to speak to a general manager or the corporate office because she was harassing me at this point and being unprofessional and unreasonable I have all of the screenshots text messages and contracts in my legal defense I have been a customer of RAC for over 20 years and this is the worst experience I...

Hard ZERO STARS They came to install a washer and dryer for my upstairs neighbors. The rent a center workers disconnected MY own washer and dryer to install the neighbors , when the neighbors have their own hook up ports. They put the wet, clean clothes on the floor of the basement THAT WERE INSIDE MY OWN WASHER, while they moved my washer they broke something inside of the wash. While moving my dryer out of place they broke the air vent to my dryer. Then stole my washer hose- connecting it to the neighbors because the workers never brought the new hose for the new washer. Left my appliances in the middle of the basement in disarray!!! Told us we can pay 5 bucks and they will give us a new dryer vent!?

I have never in my life had a hard time with this rent center I have been having trouble with my washer and dryer they send some guy out yesterday that did not no what he was doing we called them back today cause now the dryer is not working at all when there person screwed it up now we have to wait for the next day for them to come out the only people good at the store is the delivery guys the managers are very rude this is the first time I ever had to deal with this and I have dealt with this store 14 years now the corporate for this store needs to fine out why they did this because I am not happy cause they send some one out that didn't know what...
