A+++++. I can't decide what is best about Odysea. The fresh baked goods, each one I've tried is amazing and so creative. They have the usual items and then others that blow you away, like the blueberry bread pudding. The bagels are worth the drive there alone, especially the jalapeno bagel. Then when they add egg and cheese, out of this world goodness. The chorizo is spectacular. I'm not even kidding you. It's the best around, easily. Homemade cream cheese? Yep, they sure do and it is spectacular. The salads are creative and fresh out of the garden fresh. Then there's the coffee which is fresh roasted right on site. The beans they roast come fresh from Honduras. When you combine that freshness along with the careful attention to detail from the baristas, who themselves are masters of their craft (more of that later), you get a superb cup of coffee. A cup of excellence, which also happens to be a prestigious rating in the coffee industry, cup of excellence. The folks who make the coffee, each A+ all stars. Try this when you go... Ask them to make their favorite drink for you. You'll get something excellent. I like a cortado. Easy to find when we lived near Seattle, here in New Hampshire? Not so much. Here at Odysea they know exactly what it is and make it exactly right. It's award winning perfect. The pour over smells so good and fresh, then tastes even better. There isn't a better collection of coffee artists in New Hampshire. The baristas here could win awards with the skill and attention to detail. The seating inside is perfect. Tables and chairs if you want that, comfy chairs if you want that. If you like to sit at a counter, they have that too. Good Wi-Fi if you need to catch up on work. They play music, but it's not too loud that you can't talk at the table easily. They also have nice clean bathrooms and even a selection of clothing to buy while you're there. Stop in if you're close. Stop in if you're not close. You won't regret the decision. We'll drive an hour one way to stop in....

I went here a few weeks ago with my mom. I actually really love this place and wish it was open when I was still living here, but c'est la vie. Anyway, the food was really good. I got the chorizo egg sandwich and my mom got the avocado toast. Both delicious. The only issue I had was with the coffee for my mom and somewhat myself. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and my mom ordered a mocha. The iced latte didn't really taste like a vanilla latte and the mocha that was made looked like a black cup of coffee. Before I left the pick up counter I confirmed my name to make sure it was our order and they said yes. My mom tasted her "mocha" and it definitely was a black cup of coffee (I confirmed with my husband who trains other baristas at a coffee shop down in RI the most basic way to make a mocha). Both of us were really excited about this place and the food was good, so we let it be. No big deal. I went back the next day and now I'm thinking it was definitely the barista who was making the coffee. The next day I ordered the same thing for myself and the iced vanilla latte was SO MUCH BETTER. I don't know her name, but the woman who was making the coffee was so good. Even the coffees everyone else was getting that day looked so good. The combination of it all for my own was delicious, but the gentleman who was behind the counter the previous day to make the coffee,...

Absolutely amazing. I don’t give good reviews unless it’s good. I got the chorizo egg pepper jack and avocado sandwich. The flavor was great. Definitely something I would get again. Wife got bacon egg cheese on a plain bagel. The bagels come in fresh every night from NY. Best bagel you’ll ever have. When they’re that good, you don’t need an onion, everything etc bagel, just enjoy it :). On to the coffee. The gentleman that took my order said coffee is rated on a scale from 0-100. Anything over 80 is considered premium. Their coffee is an 82, cappuccino is an 87. I got a large cappuccino. No flavoring, I wanted to enjoy it. I’ve been in the hunt for a while for a good cup. This didn’t disappoint. Come in and eat, drink and hang out. The atmosphere is great. The building has been completely redone with polished concrete floors, open ceilings with exposed older wooden beams, nice tables with stone tops and plenty of room to spread out. I hope this place gets flooded with people and they become a huge spot in Bristol. Worth traveling for and bound to be the hotspot for the...

This is one of the most exciting businesses to come to Bristol in a very, very long time. Fresh, Central American coffee that will be roasted and ground on premises! I can't wait to bring home freshly roasted coffee for pour-overs at home! The renovations came out amazing. It's open, airy and comfortable inside. Even with an open concept it wasn't loud and you still felt like you could have a private conversation. My daughters and I sat at the side counter on some very comfortable chairs and watched our drinks being made. The mocha, caramel latte and dirty chai were all delicious. I went with a spicier option which was a good kick in the morning! Our bagels (fresh from NYC) were perfectly toasted, soft, chewy and large with a generous amount of cream cheese and the chive cream cheese was delicious. I previously had an Americano there and their espresso is perfect. Service was top notch and very courteous and helpful. It's great to see them doing well this time of year, I'm sure they'll be very busy in the summer so go help out a local small business now!
