Awful service, cold, burnt food, no one cared! We ordered a pizza to be delivered Saturday for an engagement party at 7pm, and were told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. 8:30 comes and goes, and we hear nothing. After calling, we were told the delivery person claimed that our address was in Merrimack (where they do not even deliver) despite us clearly stating Bristol and having ordered once before from there. Over two hours later, the pizza arrives cold. 2 of the 3 are burnt, and the fries are cold and soggy. Since it's past 9pm and everyone is starving, we eat it since we have no other options. No one from B.H.O.P seemed bothered that our food was late and disgusting, and it was such a horrible experience. We weren't even offered a remake or discount on the over $60 order. NEVER ordering from there again!

I really don't like to give a bad review, but in this case, it truly is deserved. Their sign outside mentions their soups, and I think it even says they're homemade. I stopped by for the first time yesterday and ordered the corn chowder I'd been craving for a couple of days. I paid approximately $10 for a bowl of chowder to go. When I got home and opened my eagerly anticipated chowder, I saw something, but it didn't look like any corn chowder I'd ever had. I'm posting a picture of it so you can see that it's mostly chunks of potatoes in a obviously non-creamy soup base of some sort. I tried three spoonfuls but had to give up on it. Very disappointing. Can you say, "Hard pass!"?🤢

On a leisurely drive up to Newfound Lake to explore the area we found the Bristol House of Pizza and decided to order a couple of sandwiches. The counter staff was exceptionally flexible and helpful with a custom order for my wife. Although it could have used a little more sauce, my chicken parmigiana sub was very good, and my wife’s sandwich was also good. We did take-out and they offered to bring the food to our car - - they were careful with COVID-19 guidelines, which we appreciated. On our next trip to the area. we will stop there again.

Bristol had a pizza you walk in five people sitting at the door no greets you request a kids menu !! you're told only kids can dine inside when clearly you're holding a child in your arms. The total disregard for customer satisfaction or service has gotten worse I've been here year and a half and I really order from Bristol house of Pizza just because I'm sick of the attitude that every single employee gives now I understand you may be miserable at your job, but try not to wear that misery on your sleeve so obviously Smile more it might bring you more customers, or better yet try not to talk rudely about the customers while they're still presently in the restaurant next time wait till they leave because I clearly overheard the gossip and the attitude is consistent every time I come in I'm not sure if it's because the color of my skin doesn't please them but again, I only order here at a desperation as a last minute when Village pizza is closed so cheers to you guys continuing to lose loyal customers because of your lack and disregard for customer service 😉

PS if you're traveling out of state and you want local pizza, wait till Village Pizza opens otherwise steer clear and go to Market Basket for pizza. Bristol does not...

I called this place on a Friday after five o'clock and was instantly asked if I could hole. Normally this would be fine, but instead of actually being put on hold the phone was smacked down onto the counter and I was left sitting there listening to the sounds of the kitchen and other people ordering. Had I listened better and been more of a low-life, I could have probably taken down another customer's credit card number that she was reading back to another person over the phone. Once she picked up the phone again she was much too quiet to be heard and I was hung up on promptly. I called back, was given a busy signal. Called again, it rang for two minutes, then another lady answered and asked me to hold. I was actually put on hold this time, however I was hung up on after about seven minutes of holding. I called back and reached a busy signal another two times before actually having it ring on the sixth time calling, only to have someone answer and hang up immediately. I won't be coming back to BHOP and I don't suggest anyone else try and call to order anything either. Luckily Village House of Pizza and Pat's Seafood and Pizzeria are right...

The fish, fries and hamburger were good. The server didn't know the menu and the menu did not have descriptions. I ordered the special, lobster ravioli with pesto. Received ravioli with marinara and a thick layer of cheese on top. Said it was not what I ordered and received the lobster ravioli in the same manner about 10 minutes later. Not worth $20. I brought it home hoping to make something tasty out of it but lost interested. The left over fries and fish were great heated up in the oven. I should have asked more about the lobster ravioli but I doubt the server would have even know. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri. It came in a large glass and tasted more like an icy. I also used the restroom while there. It was dark and the stalls were rusty. Two stalls and one didn't have toilet paper (I always check first.) When I washed my hands there was no soap and no paper towels. Makes me wonder if the staff ever washes their hands. Planning more trips in the area as a friend just told us about some swimming spots and Newfound lake. Need to find some better eateries...
