Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Broadview Heights

I come to this location in particular because of the entertainment value. If you don't understand then this isn't for you. Watching employees smoke instead of work while customers are waiting patiently at the counter for an employee to come back from smoking. Hilarious.

Food taking much longer than it should because employees are dicking around on their phones creating angry customers. Hilarious.

Hearing the widespread use of improper language is another comedic bonus.

Employees out right lying to customers telling them their closed when obviously the official website says otherwise. Hilarious!

I don't really buy anything when I'm there. I'll give out free cigarettes to the employees and smoke with them on their breaks. Egging them on to make the customers life living hell.

Food was absolutely disgusting chicken was hard and dry. The biscuit I could have knocked someone out with even the sweet tea was absolute Garbage. 10/10 @ 5:30 pm I would let the person working the counter go. I stood at the counter for a minute until she finally noticed me. She then come out of the room on the right of the counter. I ordered a 3 pc spicy with mash and gravy. She picked through the old chicken probably sat there most of the day put together a box and a sweet tea kind of tossed it on the counter asked if I needed anything else and ran back to that room. I’m NOT GOING TO LIE SOMEONE NEED TO CALL CORPORATE. Employees are stealing hours. This location is at a 24hr truck stop. Online it say close at 11pm. Then someone who works in Burger King explains why they close early. The excuse was they close early because it was slow traffic of customers. We seen a worker from Popeyes working also in burger king with Popeyes shirt. That’s so unprofessional let alone disrespectful to the company of burger. We ask the guy with the Popeyes employee shirt on why is Popeyes closed ? He couldn’t give an explanation. So ALL MY TRAVELS THEY CLAIM THEY CLOSE AT 11pm but early than 9pm which is 7pm.
