Burger King — Restaurant in Broadview Heights

My family and I got stranded with a broken down RV. We had 3 little kids who were all hungry. We got there a bit after 6:30pm.

A younger guy was at the counter. He was curteous & looked kind. We asked for chicken nuggets. An older guy came up and said that there's no more chicken. Ok, whatever, we thought. Asked for a Bacon King. He tells us there's no bacon. "Fine. Double cheeseburger then...nothing but the bun, meat & cheese". We also ordered fries for the kids and a small onion ring. Nope, can't have onion rings either. Also, can't have any BBQ sauce. When asked about the onion rings at least, the older guy said "Well I could go downstairs & go get some, but it'll take 30 minutes. It's New Year's Eve and all, and we are closing at 7". I declined his fake offer to get the onion rings. No doubt he would've spit on them or something the way he was acting.

It was obvious that IF they closed up at 7, that he had put everything away around 6:30 and wasn't willing to work. By this time they would've had eight customers Three of which who didn't bother ordering there after talking to the guy & went to the Panera next to them instead.

We got the measly, overpriced, low quality order and of course it was messed up. Mayo & onion smeared on the double cheeseburger (just bun, meat & cheese) and fries were stale.

We had left the facilities around 7:15 and they weren't closed up. I get it...it's New Year's Eve. The guy probably wanted to leave as soon as possible. However, looking at the other reviews, I think it's safe to say that this location has an attitude problem & poor work ethic.

If you're hungry do yourself a favor & go elsewhere. Two of the three kids had a stomach bug the next day. I wouldn't be surprised if it came...

The lady that is working on Monday 5/26 at 8:30am is super rude! Asked if I got my orange juice yet and I told her no, she gave me a cup for pop and just turned around and left. I asked her I’m suppose to have orange juice too. She said rudely “that why I asked you if you got it yet!” I said no, she said “YOU NEED GO GET IT YOURSELF!” I told her that I didn’t know we are suppose to grab it. She’s said GET IT YOURSELF! I told her she’s being rude. She claims she can’t hear back there. I told her it doesn’t mean you talk that way to me. She said thanks bye! She needs a new job. She don’t like what she’s doing please leave don’t ruin others morning just because your having a bad day. So...

I wish I would have read the reviews before choosing this establishment. Cashier rude, my husband ordered a fish sandwich and wanted to substitute the fries the cashier acted like it was difficult to cancel fries for onion rings (so we just did the fries) which was room temperature at best. I had a whopper no pickle and guess what I got pickles! The food look like they put it together in the dark. So much Mayo and ketchup my bun was sliding off burger not hot cause the cheese wasn’t melted. I ended up wasting money cause I threw the food away and went next...
