Burger King — Restaurant in Broadview Heights

Absolutely horrendous experience, we stood at the counter for 5 minutes before we had to personally get the employees attention to take our order! Then once we ordered he didn’t give us our receipt, AND we had to wait over 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich! That wasn’t even spicy like I ordered! All the employees there were on their phones and messing around, they didn’t even care to say anything to us except the total and the wait time. This Burger King is easily the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to, and their employees were just three kids that looked to be about 15 with no adult supervisor. Don’t even get me started on how disgusting the soda machine is and the counter! I ruined a pair of pants just because of the soda machine! I do NOT recommend eating here! I recommend starving over eating here. I hope this place shuts down or gets different employees. So disappointed, I wish there was a zero star...

Pleasantly surprised the guy was so nice. These night shift workers at Burger King are usually awful at the service plazas. The guy was very kind and he hooked me up with a decent portion of mayonnaise when I realized I forgot to get some earlier.

If you’re in the turnpike coming this way from vermilion, DONT stop in vermilion, wait til you pass here. Last time we went to vermilion, they lost our mobile order, took an hour to get the employees attention cuz she kept literally ignoring us and walking away. Then she CALLED THE COPS on us lying saying we stole the food. (Theres cameras, we got a refund)

Extremely rude person at counter. Stopped in at 4:30 PM. on Saturday 8-5 and ordered food at the counter. The employee working the register was on his phone taking pictures and not even looking at me. I ordered my food, and the whole time, he is tesxting on his phone and taking selfies. Then I had to tell hi. When my food was up on the warming rack because he was still on his phone texting. I told him my food was ready and he got irritated with me and I said sorry to interrupt your phone but I'm in a hurry and he said "looks like you're just standing there". Extremely rude. Then he slams my food in the bag and doesn't even hand it to me he just toss it on the counter and walked away. Absolutely amazing how...
