Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brockton

Unlike many Dunkin locations this one did not burn the espresso in my macchiato this morning so my drink was delicious this morning which I was happy about. My only complaint is that they mislabeled my coffee as original when it should have been decaf, so I had to go back around and wait in the line all over again to tell them of the error and get a replacement but when we finally got to the window the girl said she definitely made it decaf it was just mislabeled on the cup... So it was a big waste of time for (hopefully) nothing, but I'm not even sure I trust that it's decaf... So that was really frustrating. Please take better care to properly label drinks because people like me who need to avoid caffeine really depend on that label...

I orginally called the store to see if they had any opening positions they were looking to hire, how the manager responded was so arrogant and careless and seem like she did not want to be there. Just by the tone of her voice it was like she’s just there to clock in and collect her check and clock out. Honestly I’m glad I’ve had that experience because that sets the tone for myself. I’m a very outgoing friendly person as well as over achieving and that it not the type of manager that would be a fit for me. I also asked if she knew anywhere else that’s looking for openers (within her branch) and she would not / failed to tell and or point me in the direction to do so or figure it out. First time I've been too this dunks and me and my bf were trying to decide what to get with the 4 bucks we had and the employee Rosa who is just a saint came up and paid for our coffee and said this is my nice deed for today and I can't express enough thanks for people like this that still exist in the world today bc they are very hard to find.
