Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brockton

I would like to thank this particular Dunkin for finally making me realize that there is absolutely no reason to go to ANY Dunkin in the city of Brockton or in general tbh. This was the last hope to receive any consistency, which unfortunately now has converted into a model of inconsistency like the rest of Dunkins in Brockton- rude staff, wrong orders (3 this wk alone) and if actually correct, food is over/under cooked. So thank you for allowing me to save over $40/ wk and $2K a year going forward simply by never letting Dunkin ruin a morning treat...

This store does not hold up to the Dunkin Donuts quality standards for food or service. An absolute disgrace, serving frozen hash browns. Soggy croissant and unmelted cheese on sandwich. Do not visit this store. Manager Kerry does not care about her customers refusing to process a refund for uncooked food that was unconsumable and threatening customers. Sad to say what horrible service a loyal customer would receive for a quality issue as this. This store knows how to leave a horrible taste in your mouth. Avoid...

I just had to say… Because I come here, maybe once every few months. Every single time I come through that drive-through, the women that work there are the friendliest and nicest people. I see all these reviews about orders going wrong and things like that, but you know what, they’re human. Just be grateful that you can even order food through a freaking drive-through and be grateful that for every Karen, these people have to deal with their still...
