I had friend pick up my Small order at this Drive Thru. I ordered & paid for 1 Large Latte & 1 Boston Cream Donut. When my friend pulled up & asked for my order she was handed a Large cup (Latte) she said where's his Donut, & the girl at window insisted I didn't order a Donut. Not only did I pay for 2 items but I still have the receipt in my Google Pay app! I called the National Number because you can't get ANY Local stores to answer a phone if they still pay for a local phone #. The Chat I had to have with the National Corp. was unreal! He said why don't I give you a $1.00 Credit on your Credit Card? I replied not only does it cost close to twice that with tax but the last Three Deliveries from other local Dunkin's were all missing at least half of the average $25 order when I order & it cost me a LOT of time & frustration trying to get that money back. The way I see it you owe me minimum wage for (no kidding) 20 Hours of Office Help for all the Chats, Emails, Phone Calls etcetera, just so he'd think about what I was saying. So he said: I promise I'll get back to you tomorrow. He Never did get back to me. Got another Chat Tech like a week later & he said it's over 48 Hours, so I can't do a thing. I told him to check the records the Chat from same day will be collected electronically and you'll see. No we don't keep those king of records. Funny, neither does Uber Eats, Door Dash or GrubHub either. That's why it's So Hard to get my/ your money back! Over the price of a Donut & what not Dunkin Donuts is my willing to lose my $50 a week in orders. That's...
Read moreThis place never fails to disappoint me. If you want horrible service this location is the place to go. It seems like everyone is just mad and the blame you for having to come to work. If you don't like your job, just quit. I ordered my drink, she repeated it back to me and still gave me something else. I said that look like chocolate frozen, I ordered frozen coffee, she said no you didn't, I said you repeated it back to me, then stated my order once again. Now at this point, I'm already mad cause she tried to charge me for extra hot cups.. I understand some places do, no problem. But she sad after the 1st hot I have to charge you for extra, I said fine. Then she charge me for 3 cups and not just the 2 extra. I said no you are supposed to charge for the extra 2 not all 3 cause the 1st one was free she said no your pay for all of them. I said where is your manager, she said there's no manager. Where the supervisor, or head of shift she said no one here (but there was a full staff). I said I don't want to talk to you anymore, have someone else come to t the window. A different person came (the head of shift), charged me for the 2 hot cups. I said I'm still waiting for my frozen coffee (which I repeated for the 4th time now) and they still gave it to me the wrong way. If you weren't to busy having an attitude you would have got it right. The problem with situation this happens all the time, it's never a good experience her they just need to fire everyone there cause they act like they don't...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts ever the worst one in Brockton I used to go there all the time quality service by now the customer service is horrible from whoever takes your order at the intercom and then when you pull up they never have a smile and they consistently have an attitude and let's not forget in the mix of all of this they always mess up your coffee and I do mean always it's a bunch of young and mature girls working there they're playing around in the background no professionalism no customer service and at least if you're going to have an attitude the coffee should be on point I will definitely be contacted whoever the franchise owner is in corporate until it gets right for the simple fact that this is not my first time having this experience there I absolutely hate going there and I only go there when I'm super desperate and it's in the direction of where I'm going most of the time I end up going there because a lot of other Duncan's are crowded at the drive-thru go figure there's never...
