Papa Gino's — Restaurant in Brockton

I ordered pizza online and payed online, my bill was $17.47. When my pizza was delivered I signed my name and left the tip spot open. Later on the next day my account was charged $19.46. So I called and asked for a manager so I can find out where that extra $1.99 came from. The manger I spoke to was named Stephanie (who was super nice and helpful). She told me she would call me back when she figured it out, she told me that I wrote a $2 tip on the receipt when my pizza was delivered. I DID NOT! I didn't have the extra money to tip normally I do. When I called she said she would refund me that $2 but later on found out she couldn't and gave me a credit and offered to deliver that $2. I told her that was unnecessary and that the $5 was find. BUT I do want to see the person who FRAUD a tip for himself fired. Because that is fraud I did not write the tip down. This was my first AND last experience ordering...

I came to order two slices of cheese pizza in-store tonight at this Papa Gino's store, which up until this point was pretty good with its service in my experience. This time, however, it sucked. Really bad. I might as well have thrown that money in the trash. I was told they didn't have any slices ready and I would have to wait eight minutes. The cashier offered their "all you can eat pizza," which he said was smaller and not fresh. I said I would wait eight minutes for fresh, full-sized slices. I paid for two slices. In three minutes, I was brought two horrible, burnt, stale small pieces of the all you can eat pizza, that were likely sitting under a heat lamp for hours on end. Moral: Don't ever order slices at Papa Gino's. Never again. Just don't. Thanks a lot Papa Gino's. Just stop selling slices if you don't care about...

Ordered delivery, so far over an hour late. Calling the store is useless, put u on hold the "find out" the problem. Never came back. Called back & they still had no idea where my order was. Brockton Belmont Street needs serious help & people who have good customer service. VERY LACKING ALL! Update I called again, finally admitted someone else took our order. No contact was made to me, I had to find this out myself. Still waiting.....ok so it was delivered to our unused front door & left on steps. I specifically asked to be handed to me. Directions are to be followed to not allow this again!! I'm not taking this blame. Luckily the 2nd time they came I saw them put them right on top of the cold boxes.
