I struggled only giving a three star rating, the Park is beautiful, well maintained field, easy to see from anywhere you sit, seats are comfortable and since it's general seating you have a great selection. You can purchase box seats but chances are you can sit in the box area because attendance is down. The game itself is wonderful to watch, the guys play on many different college teams and when they step up to the plate they are announced along with the college team they play for. The best part is their attitude, they are on the field to play ball, not to showboat. Now for the reason I gave 3 stars, the stadium walkways were not very clean, the service at the concession stand is terrible! The people taking orders are more concerned with texting than taking orders or talking to their fellow employees. I ordered a pizza and waited 15 minutes for it to be made! The food is tasty though, just add a smiling friendly face, someone who wants to be there and appreciates that the customer is the reason he/she has a job. Not all the employees had poor attitudes, I talked to a couple who were happy to converse and enjoyed being there. If you have children or grandchildren this is an affordable way to take them to a sporting event without draining the bank and at the same time to dra...
Read moreCame here on 4th of July for a day game. It was my first time here and overall it wasn’t a bad experience at all.
The drinks and food seemed reasonable in pricing and were good. There was a great selection of beers to choose from along with regular soft drinks/water. Regardless of where you sit the view is very nice! It was busy and there were areas where you could meet players and get autographs/photos.
A few negatives were that it seems as though there isn’t much upkeep in terms of it being a little outdated and rusting. There was only 1 concession stand open which by the 3rd inning created a big line. Another negative was that the team store wasn’t open so you couldn’t check out any merch or souvenirs.
If they were able to do some upgrades and give you more to check out I would give it more stars.
Overall not a bad experience but I was hoping for a...
Read moreGreat place to take in a game. There is not a bad seat in the house. It's very affordable compared to other professional sports and the staff is friendly. My only issue is the bathrooms are disgusting. I came at the beginning of the season and the stalls between the urinals are rusty and dirty and corroding and there are piles of it that crumbled to the floor. There is also a sink that is continuously running. I came back a month later and the smell was pretty bad. The same piles of corroded by pee metal were on the floor and the sink was still running. I know this team doesn't have a lot of money but surely they can afford a mop and maybe a can of paint and a wrench to...
