Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

I have been at several Braum’s, but I will not be coming back to this one. Service was not good. I almost got overcharged $9+ for two burger patties (no bread) just the meat. But I caught it on time. The main problem I have with this place is the dirtiness. This place was pretty nasty. I also observed several employees using the register and then walking and processing the orders without washing their hands or using gloves. It seems this is the norm for this location. This was on Sunday at approximately 7:30pm. Very disorganized even when having to make two different lines, one to order the ice cream and the other line for the burgers. And then pay at the same register? I almost took pictures of the handling of the food, but I did not want to expose any of the employees, and only because it was more than two using the register and then going to make burgers and cutting the bananas for the ice cream with their dirty and bare hands and on the countertop with older left over food. I believe this is not a fault of the employees, but the fault of the manager. The glass doors from the ice cream were filthy and had food prints on them. The floors were sticky and tables nasty also. We were there for about 30 minutes and walked in to a huge spill on the floor with caution signs and by the time we left, it was still there. If I was a food inspector and saw this, I would have most likely shut them down immediately or given...

Store this always disgusting.. bathrooms are nasty, with no paper towels, trash all over, messes all over the sink, trash can was full, etc. The dining room never has clean tables. Last time I took a bottle of the cleaner and grabbed a roll of paper towels that were sitting on top on the bench and sprayed my own table and chairs and another table for an elderly couple who was trying to sit down at a clean place. The employees are rude as heck. They're argumentative even though my order was correct on my receipt, but not when I received my food. When I took it back to have it fixed the employee tried to argue with me so I whipped out the receipt and said look says no mayo took off the bun and showed them that there was smothered in mayo. No apology, just ripped the sandwich from my hand and remade it. I was scared to even eat it bc I didn't trust them not to do something unsavory to my food for asking for it to be corrected. First I want to say… Braum’s is the best fast food we’ve got in my opinion… on both quality and price. Love the strawberry cheese cake from the freezer too. I have zero say on the food.

The ladies are nice… while I was waiting for my shakes. 3 workers asked me if I was ok. Awesome!!!

BUT!! 😝😝 The male bathroom smells worst than an old Chinese restaurant. I guess. The stinker the stool… the better the food. - 1 ⭐️

ANDDDD… y’all’s cup holder is TRASH. Doesn’t hold nothing. Stop making/ getting them. They do not work. Go get one from QT for free. Improve from that one. (No points taken because it’s not the stores fault.)

Y’all got smart people working up top? (Speaking to someone making over 6 figures a year, but can’t come up with a cup holder worth a damn… DAMN!)

P.s - Can you make the mushroom burger is permanent item plz. I WOULD EAT AT LEAST ONE A WEEK.. and I buy 2 ice cream + a strawberry cheese cake also.
