MY FOOD WAS KINDA COLD… YOU SAY WELL HERE IS OUR HEATING METHODS… (HONESTLY MY FOOD WASNT HOT AS IN HEAT WISE IT WAS LUKE WARM BUT THAT DID NOT BOTHER ME SO I DIDNT MENTION IT IN MY INITIAL REVIEW BUT I DEFINITELY NOTICED IT)
SLOW SERVICE… YOU GIVE EVERY EXCUSE ECEPT OWNING IT… THAT SERVICE IS SLOW EVEN WHEN THERE ARE NOT MANY PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT OR ORDERING ONLINE.
NO TELEPHONES ARE ANSWERED JUST A LONG MESSAGE WITH A LONG DISTANCE NUMBER TO CALL TO SOMEONE WHO IS NOT IN THE RESTAURANT… YOUR COMPANY IS NOT THE ONLY COMPANY IN THE WORLD AND HAVING A PHONE THAT CUSTOMERS CAN CALL AND GET A LIVE PERSON IS HELPFUL. JUST TO INQUIRE ABOUT SIMPLE THINGS… YOUR FACEBOOK AND OTHER ONLINE PRESENCE IS NOT SUFFICIENT. IF YOU REALLY TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIOUSLY YOU WOULD AT LEAST TRY IT OUT. BECAUSE FROM WHERE I AM SITTING MANY OF YOUR RESTAURANTS ARE NOT SOOOO BUSY THAT YOU CANT ANSWER THE PHONE. AND I HAVE BEEN TO BOTH LOCATIONS AND EVEN AT ITS BUSIEST THE PHONE MAY NOT BE FIRST PRIORITY OVER A CUSTOMER IN THE RESTAURANT BUT IT STILL SHOULD BE AVAILABLE. AND STRICTNESS… HOWEVER THE MUSIC USED TO BE WAYYYY BETTER THAN WHAT IT IS NOW AND OTHER CUSTOMERS HATED THE CURRRENT MUSIC TOO AND LEFT EARLY AS WELL BAD MUSIC LIKE BAD VIBE DISTURBS THE DIGESTION SYSTEM….

Read moreI recently visited Crab and Catfish in Broken Arrow, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite the restaurant being relatively quiet, with only a few small families dining, the service was slow, and several mistakes were made with my order.
I ordered catfish nuggets, a side of corn, three orders of the Catfish & Chic (6 wings, 3 pieces of catfish, and fries), and three daiquiris. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, I was called to check my food, only to find that the employee had prepared three orders of wings and fries but no catfish. When I inquired about the missing items, I was told, "Oh, I didn't hear you say anything about fish." While frustrating, I agreed to wait as the fish was promised to be ready shortly.
After returning to my table, the employee approached me again, stating that she needed to ring up the three catfish orders, which I thought I paid for. Another 15 minutes passed before the fish was brought out. Unlike earlier, the employee didn't review the order with me but assured me that everything was included.
When I got home, I discovered only five pieces of catfish instead of the nine I had ordered. Additionally, the catfish nuggets contained bones--a significant safety concern, especially as they were intended for a small child.
I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, but the employee insisted she had only charged me for two catfish orders, which still did not explain the missing pieces. There was no attempt to rectify the situation, nor for one of the orders.

Read moreMy family and I decided to give this new seafood place a try and it was a big mistake. We ordered their biggest platter of menu the 5-Alarm along with a #1 Company for 2 platter and #6 for the lobster. I will say at first glance everything looked amazing until we started picking through the platters. We found cold crab legs, cold shrimp, raw lobster, and uncooked hard potatoes. They had the manager come speak with us and she took the crab legs back to the kitchen. They reheated was was on top and brought it back to the table with an attitude because we asked to have it taken care of. As we got to the bottom of the crab legs that they brought back the crab legs were chilling cold to the touch. Then we had spoke to the manager again about the lobster being uncooked, she looked that it, told us that it was cooked and that’s was cooked for 2-3min so it had to of been cooked to her knowledge. Once again she had giving an attitude to my fiancé and walked away because of her complaint for poor kitchen quality. If there was a way for a half a star or no star that is the best way to explain this experience.
