First time customer, no signage, there were blank screens behind the counter. I prefaced my order by letting the lady know I had some questions and started to order my donuts. I was immediately interrupted and asked if I was ordering sausage rolls. Because apparently there's an unspoken system in ordering your food. I had heard someone ask about an awesome dozen while standing in line, so I asked about it, again no pricing, no signs or information at all about what's available. Seems you can include any variety of stuff at the counter in your awesome dozen, but the lady didn't mention any pricing. There was a small line, but I felt like I was rushed. All in all the donuts were good, but I don't know if they're worth the hassle. They have novelty options like Hurts donuts, and if you're in BA it's definitely less of a commute. I called in an order with over a day in advance notice. They took the order and let me know when it would be ready. My husband ran to pick it up and the order was more than 1/2 missing and incorrect. I met him up there and they are “sold out” of my order that I had placed. I ordered a dozen donuts and 6 dozen fancy iced donut holes. We ended up with a dozen and 2 dozen donut holes. So now all the little girls at the party won’t be getting their fancy iced donut holes.
Our families will not be coming back. There are too many options out there to not be able to rely on a group for a special order.

When I placed the order, we talked over color options and to make sure they were fresh for her practice after school, I was going to pick them up before they closed at noon. I get there at 11:45 and the doors are locked. I called and was told they didn't have an order for me and offered to take down my info to order later. There's no way for me to reach management because there's no website/email listed and the Facebook page is gone.
