Management is absolutely clueless, and a bunch of liars. When our order went out for delivery - driver had another order to deliver first - no problem, right? Driver decided to take a route that is congested with 5 o’clock traffic and apparently got distracted because after delivering the order the driver by passes us and heads back to the store. My husband calls and talks to someone at the store, looks into the issue, then tells us they would talk to driver and remake our order. Then we notice the driver finally turns around and head back to us with our original order. Order arrives and is cold - cheese is translucent and looks old. So we wait because they said they were remaking the order. An hour later husband calls back, and different manager on duty now - has no idea about anything. Husband asked about the status of the remake order and he informs us that the other manager is going to call us but no new order is currently being made. Then manager asked - “you did get your order, right?” Husband explains the quality of the order and then explains again the issue with the first delivery. Manager did not care. Husband asks for corporate number and manager gives 101 excuses as to why he does not have that number. As of now - 2 hours later the “other” manager has yet to call us back! There was garlic marinara sauce with nobody ordered garlic marinara sauce this time my Supremes didn’t even have vegetables or sausage, and I went to the guy behind the counter who was sweating profusely in an air-conditioned climate controlled building started yelling at me as I was exiting the property so I placed the pieces in my car went back inside to inform him that there is no excuse whatsoever to mess up peoples orders seeing how I used to work for subway at 60 hour work weeks from open to close every single day by myself and would do inventory in the middle of my lunch rush and I still manage to get peoples orders, right Mind you there’s only once that way in Sandsprings so the line would be out the door with that being said this location is horrible. Read moreVery very mad at the situation that just happened. It is 11:19 at night. We ordered pizza around 9pm online. Unfortunately when we ordered it online, we made a pizza wrong. We called the store and told them that we had the wrong sauce on a pizza. The lady we spoke with is a manager in training " what we were told when we called again". She informed us that they would have the pizza remade and sent to us. That was at 10:15pm. I then call at 11:20pm asking if the pizza is on the way. The man that I spoke with told me he was the manager and that they could not remake the pizza because we made it online. He told me that he spoke with the lady and told her to give us a call and tell us they can not remake it. So now after waiting a hour for my girlfriends dinner. We get nothing. He was a very nice guy but the hole situation is seriously wrong. I am very mad that now that we threw away a pizza and waited for another hour We now have to cook dinner at almost 12am. I am a General manager of a restaurant and I would never make someone go hungry and tell them if you call tomorrow you can get a new pizza. And we dont order from Papa John's.
