Wow! The experience i just had. First, it was not the lady who answered the phone's fault at first but then her refusal to fix the issue she became part of the problem. I believe she saw the problem on Corporates part but she refused to fix it for a customer on behave of Pizza Hut. I have had issues with this location but it got better over the last couple times, but today's interaction was just proof that some in this location are not here to serve. (I have had others willing to serve at this location in the past, though. "Hit and Miss" i guess). To start off, the Pizza Hut mobile app does not (from what I have seen and looked for) have the ability to add an extra marinara dipping for breadsticks. I am totally willing to pay $.60 for an extra, but it can't be purchased through the app. So, to only place i could put my desire is in the only place one can write words, the "driving instructions" box. I wrote in capital letters to bring an extra dip marinara. When the food arrived she left it on the porch (I did not request "Contact-less" as to check my order before they left) and then left in her car. I called the location and a lady answered. I let her know that I understand that me not receiving my request wasn't exactly her fault because the app is faulty in this area but pointed to the driving instructions in hopes someone would read it and bring and charge me for my request. She informed me that no one will bring me a marinara or even offered me the ability to drive 3/4 of a mile to pick one up and pay for it myself. It is the unwillingness to help i think is my issue here with this lady. Not even an, "I see that here, sir, I am sorry we didn't see your request as it is in an obscure area. But we would love for you to have what you are looking for in your experience with us and your food tonight. Can I offer......?" That would be reasonable. Instead, no can't help. Goodbye. So, there are 3 breadsticks getting thrown away for the lack of marinara dip and a loss at this location (and maybe all Pizza Huts) of a regular $55 order each time over $.60.
(This is after my wife pointed it out. Extra marinara is under "Sauces" in the app.)

The worst location of all time. The breadsticks have never turned out correctly here, EVER! The pizzas we ordered were not cut through and the cuts that were started (but not finished) weren't even. They were all different sizes. This location is the only one which will deliver to us because of driving distance for them. I have tried them 5 times in hopes one of those times would be the experience I get at EVERY OTHER Pizza Hut in Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Claremore, and anywhere else. I stopped using this location and I drive to pick up at 81st and Aspen (use them. If you think you have a great or good experience at 101st and Elm location, this one will blow you away!) after 4, in a row, terrible experiences. My wife and I tried once more last night because we both didn't want to drive and pick up. Man, we should have sucked it up. This location did not disappoint in their...
Read moreThe pizza was fine. The delivery driver straight up lied to us. Her name is Alison. There had already been a mix up with our order and they delivered it to the wrong address. We called them because we couldn't figure out why we could not use the tracker online. The lady my fiance spoke to when he called said yeah we were about to call you. We are giving you half off your order and it'll be delivered soon because there was a mix up and it was delivered to the wrong address. He said oh okay uhm are we still getting everything we ordered. She said yes. About 20 minutes later, Allison, our delivery driver shows up. I specifically say to her, oh there should be 4 marinara sauces too. We ordered three extra and it comes with one. She responds with yes they are in there I double checked. I shrugged it off and said okay because my hands were full already with the order. I get upstairs and we open the boxes. Only one marinara. I was peeved. Only because this lady straight up lied to my face. I called the store this time, and spoke to a manager named Austin. He was nice, and I explained everything that had gone down to him. He apologized and asked if I wanted the marinara sauces delivered or just credited. I said redelivered only because this lady, Allison, lied straight to my face. I just feel that this was ridiculous to begin with and could have easily been worked out differently. Why would you want a driver that is just going to lie to your customer and then cause more issues for...
Read moreI'm giving them 5 stars because they forgot to bring my ranch. At least that was the catalyst for them to earn this review. I have always gotten great, speedy service from them and while they've deserved a good review I just don't leave them often. After I realized I didn't have ranch I went to call them to let them know I hadn't received everything I had paid for and before I even got to start explaining what happened the gentleman informed me that he had realized he forgot my ranch and was already in the process of getting it out to me. When he had arrived just a few minutes later he not only offered his apology but did his best to make me feel like he personally, not just the company, truly valued my business and appreciated me as a customer. He succeeded. No company is perfect, but it is the rare, genuine appreciation for the customer that makes this particular...
