Was craving sushi and tried this place yesterday (7/13/18) based on the good reviews. We ordered the 3 roll Omakase platter (large rolls - $33) and an appetizer of Miso soup. The chef puts together rolls based on your preference of what you do or do not want. To my surprise, my girlfriend who traditionally does not like sushi in the 11 years I’ve known her, ate just as much as I did and said it was good. That’s really saying something! The platter was big enough for two people to eat comfortably until full (with maybe a few pieces left over). Our favorite was the dynamite rolls, as we told them we like spicy. They do not have fried rice as a side, which I usually get, which is why I opted for the Miso soup.
The service was overall good, although my drink did sit empty for about 7 minutes. I gave the benefit of the doubt since it was during the dinner rush.
It’s the next day, and I am craving sushi again! Definitely look forward to going back and trying...
Read moreThe first time I went to Caribbean I stuck to more traditional sushi options. The next time I branched out to some of the more unexpected options - and I never looked back. You read ‘shrimp, cucumber, fresh jalapeño, cream cheese and strawberries’ and think... what?! That’s the Spicy Red and it’s become one of my favorite rolls. The fresh fruit twists on the regular options and the poke bowls make this a great spot to try variations on all your favorite sushi flavors.
This is a terrific family owned and operated business. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They’ll explain anything, change anything or make something they think you’ll like based on your preferences.
There is sometimes a bit of a wait at busy times. It’s worth it and you can see that the chef/owner and his wife are making everything right in front of you and to order.
This is the best sushi in Tulsa in my opinion. Try it. You’ll be...

Huge plus for buying local Broken Arrow produce & veteran support with military discounts.
The scenery of the bigger chains with deep pockets cant compare to the higher food quality of these mom & pop shops that have the freedom to be innovative, adhere to customer request, & buy fresher local produce rather than forced to follow strict corporate protocol.
Chef "Adrian" is perfectionist on creating your request. The manager "Birmah" is super sweet & was apologetic for the wait time. Again, they were super busy & worth the wait. The entire staff works very diligently. I will absolutely be a...
