I live .02 miles from this location. I come here 5+ times weekly, very convenient. Past month, I’ve had a terrible time with the mobile order process. I’ll put in the order, arrive at a stall, check in on app, it logs me in on the screen.. and then once it reaches the point of saying the carhop should be on the way out… nothing happens. 10-16 minutes after the screen is cleared, I’ll call out and ask about my order. By the time it comes out, ice cream is melted, food is cold, I am sad. To find a happy medium to this, I have been ordering and them going through the drive thru after ordering on the app. This makes it more difficult for the staff to forget about you and your food. Today, I ordered online and then went into the drive thru… no one else in the drive thru… Well today Ruby bit my head off for going through the drive thru with a mobile order. She has red hair and awful anger management skills.. she must have been having a bad day. If she’s management here, she’s not taking a great lead.
One year later….. still garbage service. I did a mobile order, arrived and waited over 15 minutes for two burgers and two drinks. When they handed them to me in drive through, I opened the h ur gets and they were cold to the touch. I had to knock on the window to get someone’s attention, because they put a new window blocker on so you cannot see inside…. Then I tell them it’s cold… older woman with glasses and long brown hair stated “well I know one burger is warm for sure. Read moreI've been here only TWICE since they moved to the new location, and both times were really disappointing. The first time, I was heading home from work and I wanted to stop and get me something to eat and a drink. I ordered a regular hot dog with cheese and bacon and a large Coke. My order ended up being wrong but I wasn't all that mad about it, but what I didn't appreciate was the carhop giving me an attitude while giving me my food. I tipped her, which I totally regret. The second time, my friend and I went to sonic to get a snack before going to get my car fixed. We both ordered mozzarella sticks and drinks. We finally got our order and they had forgotten to give me one order of the mozzarella sticks. I notified the carhop who told me she didn't even charge me for two but instead just one. So I asked her politely if she could put it on the first ticket so I wouldn't have to charge my card twice. She told me she wasn't able to do that. So I ran my card and she told me she would go charge my other mozzarella sticks and get them out to me. So my friend and I sat there and waited but she never came back. Finally, an HOUR later, I called and told them that they forgotten my mozzarella sticks, AGAIN. Finally, a different carhop came out and gave them to me. I proceed to pull away when the carhop flagged me down and made me pay for mozzerella sticks that I had waited an HOUR for even though I had places I needed to be. Corporate really needs to consider shutting this location down, fixing the menu boards, the app location, and retraining the employees. Order our dinner through the mobile app for it not to allow us to check in as it was picking up the old location 0.2 miles away. Pressed the red button and was told immediately to hold on. After five minutes, I pressed the button again and was asked what we would like. I explained that the app wasn't working and gave my name, and they said no problem got you checked in. Thirty minutes go by, and the menu screen says on the way and clears. Wait another ten minutes, press the button again, and get a different person who tells there is no order. She then asks us to hang on a minute and says oh found it, I will check you in now! An hour later, we are brought our order for an item to be missing. Press the button and get the same person before that answers with an immediate hold on. Five more go by and the carhop who brought out our food walks by I tell them that we are missing and they proceed to argue with me. After I repeated my entire order back to them and that we had already been here over an hour, they finally went and got our missing item. I watched this happen to multiple people while we were there.
