Kristie blaylock is the stylist i go to! Let me say she saved my hair! I had gone somewhere else & the lady had left bald spots in my hair from putting hand tied extensions in. Hand tides are supposed to last four - eight weeks. Not even 3 weeks after I had seen the other lady my hair was horribly falling apart. (Not a normal thing to happen with or without extensions) so I called and booked with Kristie here & she did a miracle on my hair! The color looked 100X better, my hand tied extensions didn’t pull on my hair in a unhealthy way anymore, she helped me find a shampoo to help the bald spot from the other lady…and yes my hair is grown back & healthy now thanks to Kristie! I’m a platinum blonde with a shadow root & I will never go anywhere else! Also my extension lasted longer then they “were supposed to”! Healthy, beautiful, vibrant & exactly what I wanted! I made the appointment early in the week ! Received a text from the hair dresser Maria literally 20 minutes prior to my appointment I get a text stating something came up ! I totally understand to an extent but literally that late in the day was extremely unprofessional! I then called the salon and stressed my concern Kristy told me that she would get someone on it if they were available! Which in my luck they did ! The reviews about Kristy are correct ! She goes above and beyond I could see that with the one phone call . Thank you kristy ! To add that the owner came up and was extremely helpful and made my experience the best salon experience I have ever had ! I am happy to call this place my newest home salon ! My daughter called earlier today and asked if walk-ins were available later for 3 people; her, myself, and my son. It was the worst experience we've ever had here! She left our hair barely cut and Kristi butchered my son's hair in the back. There was no professionalism at all. She also kept chatting with another stylist and looking at the other lady's phone in-between "cutting my son's hair!" I sat down to get my hair cut after him and she said she would be right back and that she was going to get a clean apron, but it took her about another 5 minutes and she came back, still chatting with the other lady and never came back with a clean apron she used the dirty one after she dropped it in the dirty floor.
